I used this company to request service for a broken down washer machine. They dispatched a technician named Steve, who was phenomenal. Steve came out to service the machine and within a few minutes, he had diagnosed the issue, provided a solution, and was able to pick up the parts necessary for the fix and had the machine up and running again in better shape than ever before. Ive used several appliances companies and several independent technicians before and hands down this company and particularly, Steve, had been hands down the best appliance tech I’ve had.

for the first appointment, they identified the issue quickly and came back to fix within a few days once the parts were available. Thank you for a through service ?

Only suggestion is for the service people to wear footwear covers when they enter inside the home to ensure the floors dont get wet (during winter/ rains) or dirty.

Used them in July & the cost was $88.50
for a diagnosis & the $88.50 would be applied for repair services. The technician was great. Called today & the cost is $200 for a diagnosis!!!!!!!
Their reason: we didn’t book through Angie’s List. We have never used Angie’s!!!!
We are very disappointed & of course, we will never use them again or recommend them.

Home Systems appliance repair is a reliable company that we have used in the past and we have been always satisfied with the work.

My appliance repair was scheduled the day after I called for service. Steve replaced gas dryer igniter quickly and efficiently that day. Would definitely recommend him. He is very nice and professional.

Home systems appliance repair is typically more expensive than other appliance repair companies, though. We opted to not have second appliance repair done due to the high cost of repair. Wish that they were a little more competitive with pricing.

As a homeowner, it is such a relief to know that Home Systems exists. The techs are knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Prices are fair and communication is excellent. My last service call was for a routine and minor fix, but the tech took the time to explain everything in a way that I, as a non-expert, could understand. In addition to solving my problem, he also have great advice on usage and maintenance to prevent additional problems in the future.
