Vicky and her home cleaning service is very dependable and efficient. She offers several other services as her website indicates. She is usually always at your home at the approximate time she tells you and always gives you a call the evening before she comes the next day to give you her approximate arrival time. She has worked for me for greater than 10 years and I have always been satisfied with her services. She is very trustworthy and I have never had to worry about letting her into my home or that she has a key to my home. If you contract her services you won't be sorry.

Vicky has been cleaning our home for over 5 years, she is very dependable, honest, detail oriented, my home is always clean and smells wonderful. Her vacuum is a wonderful piece of equipment, she changes the bag every time she cleans..Always she calls me the night before she comes to remind me She always does the cleaning herself she is the best!!

Vicky has been cleaning our home for 16 years. She is honest, hardworking and very dependable. In the 16 years she has never missed a day. Even she had surgery she sent her daughter who was helping her out and Vicky checked with us to make sure we were happy with her cleaning.

I also thought she was a very very Rude person to deal with. All she talks about is her amazing vacuum but when I went through the kitchen there were still crumbs. Also i vacuumed my living room carpet right after her and there was still things my vacuum picked up. She is all talk. She doesn't scrub at all just wipes things hap haphazardly and when i told her that she missed my sink area she refused to do it. In fact she refuses to clean in general there is so much that she just wont do. I basically had to move everything for her as well and plug in her vacuum every time she wanted to connect it. She refuses to bend over? She didn't clean under the toilet bowl or even mop my kitchen floor or clean the stove top or take out the trash or clean the inside of the toilet bowl etc. All she did was light dusting (not everything) and vacuuming. She cut as many corners as possible total waist of $150. When I questioned her about it or asked that she clean something she basically told me to do it my self. I thought I was paying for a service but apparently I paid her to come over and complain and refuse to clean.

Vicky is very consciencious about the homes she cleans. she has an excellent vacuum that makes your rugs look brand new. She has a lot of knowledge of cleaning products and individulaizes them to your cleaning needs. she makes the bathrooms sparkle!

I hired Vicky to clean before our daughter's wedding 3 yrs. ago, and she is still cleaning bi-weekly. I can always count on her to show up and on time. It is so nice to come home to a clean home.

I really wish that I had Yelped Vicki and her "cleaning service". She told me my house was disgusting and we were slobs, which is far from the truth. As others have stated, she is very insulting, goes on and on about how great she is. The entire time she acted like she was doing me a favor by cleaning my house & called me by the wrong name repeatedly - even after I corrected her several times. She arrived at 1:00pm and left at 3:20pm - less than three hours to clean a 2400 sq. ft. home (4bdr/2.5 bath). It was the worst cleaning I've ever had; she has extremely poor attention to detail. She complained that it was too hot in my house (actual temp was 66*), I had too many things to dust, my shower was disgusting, she said the dog hair was so bad that she wouldn't use her mop. She said that she was going to use Windex on my antique wood furniture. When I told her that she would not do that and furnished Murphy's Wood Soap for her, she was irritated and did not dust, polish, or clean any of my wood.

She didn't clean the base or the outside of any of the toilets. When she dusted, she only dusted around things; she never dusted under anything. She mopped around things (like the dog bowls), didn't mop under chairs or the kitchen table. She cleaned the sinks but not the faucets. She put my bathroom rugs, trash can and plunger on the chair in my master bedroom. She only cleaned halfway up the mirrors in my bathrooms because "she doesn't 'do' step stools", and she has quite a long list of things she will not do. She went into my master bedroom closet after I specifically told her not to. She put wet things from my shower & bathtub in my closet on top of Christmas presents. She put a shop vac on my cloth furniture, put laundry hampers & bags on top of my pool table and put metal TV trays on my leather couch. She told me that she left her vacuum bag open, so I can see how filthy we are. She left my mop bucket (she wouldn't her use her bucket because we are so filthy) filled with dirty water on my front porch. When I came home, my house didn't smell clean at all (quite the opposite). I honestly do not believe she used any cleaning products whatsoever. After she told me how much she loved dogs, she was upset when I didn't send them to the kennel or leave them outside in the rain & cold while she cleaned. She was rude to and insulted my teenage boys. When I confronted her about the poor work, she told me I was ungrateful and she "spent 2.5 hours on her hands and knees cleaning our disgusting house". She said that she has never had a complaint in her 27 years of cleaning houses, which I find completely unbelievable. She said she took pictures of my dirty house that she would publish and use in court to prove I'm a slob. Seriously, this lady is not all there. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I am devastated. This was part of my Christmas gift from my husband, and now we have to spend Christmas Eve re-cleaning before our company arrives. I am so upset; I will be making formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
