I’m extremely dissatisfied with the rim repair service I received. The technician was late initially and did a terrible job. He used matte black spray paint on my glossed rims, carelessly covering not only the rims but also the silver bolts, ruining their original appearance. After missing a few appointments, he returned and made it worse. He promised to come back to fix the issues but never showed up again. Despite multiple appointments, he failed to resolve the problems or respect my time. He was quick to take my money but not to provide quality service. I definitely would not recommend this service to anyone who values their car.

Unprofessional. Do not recommend this car detailing service.

Scheduled a wash on Dec 8 at 8am. I received a text 10 min past 8am that he would not be showing up due to an “emergency.” He was clearly not on the way and lied that he had an emergency in an effort to maintain his business. Nonetheless, he is unprofessional and does not value his clients time.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this mobile detailer. Honest guy, fair prices, and quality work. Most importantly, punctual and reliable. He's work on a few of my friends high end exotic cars and has kept them as regular clients since. Highly recommend Robert and his crew!
