He explained what was going to happen, vacuuming, the chemicals that he would use. He told use to very careful on the wet carpet. Safety was his first priority before cleaning the carpets. We moved all the small furniture out & talked about cleaning under the dinning room table. Can't tell if he did. Also we assumed that the other furniture would be moved to clean under them. That didn't happen. Are Dogs do pee on the furniture when we don't see them. It is hard to see on 1 photo, but you can see yellow spots. Also my suggestion for cleaning along the wall would be some type of smaller attachment that would allow them to get closer to the wall. He was on time.

My second time hiring this company, they are friendly, up front about possible issues such as a stain that might not come up plus the cost. He works quickly and efficiently, it so easy to have him here. This is definitely my new go-to company, the last visit they made as after my son's dog was sick all over the carpet. Not only did they clean it, they deodorized it and none of the smells or stains came back! You won't be disappointed!

I'm blown away at how brand new my carpets look and smell! I have 4 pets and Chris was very friendly and thorough at explaining the cleaning process and removing the pet stains. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaning service and will definitely be using them in the future.
