FINALLY!!! Since Covid it has been difficult to find a good service company.Jacob and Tony more than met that bill today. They were prompt, neatly dressed with smiles on their face. They exceeded my expectations. They explained things. Asked questions as to my wants and needs. They did a very thorough job. My carpet looks brand new. They really seemed to want to do a great job and to make me happy as a homeowner. I would highly recommend using Feldpausch Cleaning Service.

I would highly recommend Feldpausch Cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the results. I found them to be very reasonably priced. They even did a little extra. Mike was in contact prior to the appointment to make sure of what I was requesting and I appreciated that about him. I will definitely use them again as the need arises. GREAT JOB!

I am beyond amazed at the service we received! We have 3 large dogs that bring in plenty of dirt and grime constantly and do a lot to destroy our carpeting. I had pretty much written off our upstairs carpeting as for getting clean again, but was really hoping to at least get rid of the smell until we replace it. As you can see from the picture, Feldpausch performed nothing short of a miracle on this carpet! Our living room wasn't nearly that bad, but they left that looking brand new as well! I'm terrible with names, but both of the gentlemen that were here were extremely professional and polite. They both took their time and did an absolutely amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend Feldpausch Cleaning Services. You will not be disappointed and they are worth every penny!

Crew did a very nice job. My Mom said they were friendly and efficient, see enjoyed her interaction with them. Carpet looks great! I left a stack of magnet cards with the facility director with my recommendation. Good to see a family owned business that obviously upholds the fundamental values of honesty, courtesy and hard work.

The owner was responsive and helped my daughter with an emergency situation from pet illness. His crew was there within 90 minutes and was able to help with stains on furniture and carpets. Very reasonable prices and showed concern and willingness to help. Will definitely be using again.

They did an awesome job! Both rooms look like new carpet. They even got out stains that where there when I moved in 2 years ago. Highly recommended! Called to confirm appointment, showed up on time. Very professional! Prices are very reasonable! $115 for two rooms. I added the protection for another $40. Very pleased with the results!
