Hannah and Michelle did a terrific job. They were both professional and friendly. They were very efficient and thorough in their cleaning. Before they left they made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I was not only satisfied, I was thrilled!! Everyone I have come in contact with from this company has been great to work with. We were grateful for the service overall but I don’t believe I have a proper understanding of what a “deep clean” is. We are having family come in for the holidays and for us to pay close to $700 for a “professional” clean I’m disappointed in the outcome. I believe some items that could’ve been helpful is understanding how we could better prepare to maximize the clean, maybe we didn’t put them in the best position to succeed. Our wood floors in the opening are still needing to be mopped/cleaned, there’s grease stains still above the microwave and our shower still has some spotting of mold. Had we paid $200 for the clean that would’ve been fine what they did but almost $700 for a deep clean I don’t believe I received my moneys worth. Not to mention the team lead showed up late and had 2 of the women waiting in the cold, which lead them to talking using profanity casually in front of the house loud enough to be picked up on camera which was a leading indicator into the service we received. At the end of the day our home is cleaner than it was but for $700 I could have and should have paid our children with all due respect. We were looking forward to using you all at least once a month moving forward but at this point I’m not sure if it’s worth it, which is just again disappointing.

Again the clean wasn’t egregious, just not worth the $700 in my opinion. I also did not have clarity on the windows being cleaned. I thought cleaned windows during a deep clean meant inside the window seal and I was sadly mistaken here too. I would not have paid extra had I understood that and that’s on me.

The Gals cleaned my 5,700 sq ft office recently and my condo shortly thereafter. Julia and Skylar are just lovely! They are prompt, friendly, and very good at what they do. (Dog-friendly too, they even charmed my vicious hound!) Tammy in the office is a dollbaby as well, so helpful! I haven't met anyone I haven't immediately liked! I found another cleaning company that was cheaper but they couldn't hold a candle to the gals. Thanks, everyone! ?

We have had a phenomenal experience with our cleaning teams from 2 Gals and a Broom! We started with a deep clean and loved it so much we signed up for maintenance cleans every 4 weeks! We look forward to the clean every month because they do such an amazing job!!! HIGHLY recommend!!

They used to be amazing. Then I moved to a larger place and it’s just been awful. I’ve had five cleans since moving, and all five had (what I feel) are pretty big problems. The first time I brought it up with the service and they did discount my next service and send a new cleaner. The second-fourth time I kept telling myself maybe it’s me. Then I had a maintenance clean today where I wasn’t able to do my regular amount of prep (cleaning before the cleaners) and it’s like the person came in, ran a vacuum on the carpet (but only like half of the rooms w/ carpet leaving huge gaps and some debris/fuzz clearly marking what was missed) and then did nothing else. I’m disabled and can’t do floors or bathrooms (specifically showers/tubs) which is the point of the service. So why am I paying for a service when they don’t do the floors very well and regularly just skip the showers? It’s a disappointment because I have been a client off and on for years but have never had such a bad time before. Don’t know what’s going on. Hope they get their mess figured out because I can’t be the only person experiencing this massive decline in value
