I called Chem-Dry and was hoping to get done within the week and they worked with me to get this done. They arrived early and worked hard. The carpet looks so much better! Bobby and his team were very professional. I would highly recommend!!! One before picture and rest are after pics.

My first time having a “professional “ clean my furniture. They advertise they take care of pet stains and odors. I paid more than I was expecting due to the way the quote over the phone was worded and my sectional still looks the same, dog hair and everything. I was made to feel very uncomfortable in my own home with Steven asking if he could come back to “ eat with me” after he’s off work. As a mother of 2 young girls home alone during this cleaning, we felt very uncomfortable and kept my girls upstairs until they were done. This is unacceptable and I will not be using this company again. $600 gone and a very unhappy customer.

Stephanie was the best! My carpets hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 17 years. She took her time and did a great job. While not all the stains came out, I didn’t expect them to come out as clean as they did. I can put off buying new carpet a while longer now!

My area rug, carpet in my bedroom plus two living room chairs look brand new. I was amazed how well everything looked. One thing I like about Chem Dry is their process does not leave thing so wet. Stephanie the technician is a hard worker and very pleasant. I highly recommend Chem-Dry.

Very pleased with the service and result of my carpet. They arrived on time and did a through job. My husband even commented that the carpet felt bouncier and he never notices anything! LOL! I said it's because it's clean! I will definitely call them again next year. Thank you!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Chem Dry by Bobby B. We started off by having them clean 4 of our stores in the Evansville/Henderson Area. They were quick to answer the phone and very easy to communicate with. I spoke with Patty first. She gave me an estimate and worked with us on budget and scheduling. They were able to get to all four stores in a week and did a phenomenal job!!!! Seriously, the carpets are so clean and the stores smell so much better. After having such a fantastic experience at the first 4 stores we decided to have our 5th store done that was a little farther away. It did cost more as there was a travel fee involved and that store is the biggest of all but it was so worth the extra cost to use someone we knew would do a great job and get it done quickly. They use a low moisture cleaning that has a quick drying time so our business did not suffer from having to wait a long time before we could have employees or customers walk on it. If you need carpet cleaning in the Evansville, Henderson, Princeton, Jasper area…call them first. Robert is also awesome and is very easy to work with! 10/10 recommend!!!! I have now used Chem-Dry Southern Indiana 2 different times and have been extremely pleased both times. Very professional, friendly and the work that is preformed is top notch. Josh has been our tech both times and he is by far the best... On time, professional, friendly and makes sure his work is the best.. He treated our jobs like it was his own home. He is a huge asset to Chem-Dry. I highly recommend asking for Josh.
The cost is a bit more than most carpet cleaners, but you pay for what you get. I would not hesitate to call them again and again.

Worked with us to schedule the appointment in the narrow timeline that we had to accomplish the services. He was willing to add extra services on site after arrival and showed up exactly as planned. Our stairwell carpet looked like new after the cleaning.
