Great service. She technician was very knowledgeable, they came and fixed our ac system immediately. The office personnel Shay was be dry helpful. She understood my frustration and was able to help me resolve the issue. Shay also followed up upon completion of work. I highly recommend them!

Alpha 4 Real ac and heat provided a top quality service for us. After discovering mold in our ac and vents, we wanted the problem solved quickly. I paid $155.00 for a part for my heater, which they stated had to be ordered.The part was never replaced. I have contacted them several times, they refuse to refund my money.. I still have not received my refund. They are thirves. This company will give u false information and take your money. Don’t use them

My air conditioning was not working so I called Alpha 4 Real. They scheduled me right away, working with my schedule. The office personnel called thirty minutes before they were going to come, a nice detail. Brian arrived right on time, assessed the situation, and quickly fixed it. He was friendly and knowledgeable. By the time he left, my house was once again a place to enjoy, not one so warm and humid you just survive. Thank you!

Just to change the old thermostat to new one, TO NEST THERMOSTAT which I had, comes with easy installation manual, even a non experience person can do it in easily. This company charges $250, can you believe it. My Ac unit is just 3 years old, I gave business to him, his guy came & leaving, I asked if he has checked the filters says NO, it’s ok, I insisted to check , & found it need be changed. I am curious about changing thermostat $250 for 15 minutes of work, would you?
