Don’t recommend this company at all.
They sent a guy over that was not willing to do the full service and with an attitude. I told him the fuse burnt and the company specialize in dryer told me to call a company specialist in dryer vent and duct cleaning because the vent on the roof is clogged. The guy from this company didn’t want to go in the roof and just put his tool through the duct (for $170). I was concerned but still trusted him. Next day we changed the fuse ($155) with the other company, the dryer machine worked for 10 minutes and the fuse jumped and dryer stopped working again. I called back the company to tell them that I need them to finish the work going in the roof and scheduled an appointment. At the time of the appt, the guy call me with an attitude saying that he is only going in the roof for $400 and that he is a 100% sure that is clean. So I ask him why did the fuse burnt again if it’s not clogged? And he couldn’t tell me. Just attitude mocking me and repeating that it’s not clogged. I’m beyond disappointed, with lot of money spent that didn’t fix our issue.

Steve and Zach were both very friendly, down to earth and efficient workers. Videos and photos provided at the end to see just how gross our vents were ?
