If I could give 0 stars I would. I have worked for this company since July and I have been having to chase Brian Owen’s down for my paycheck every pay period. So this past Friday he didn’t pay me. Have all excuses in the book. Today is now Tuesday and he has been screening my calls not answering text or anything. And I need to be paid for the work that I have done. I should have known this was a shady company. But if I dont get paid it will become a legal matter. You dont treat people like this. Trust me I wouldnt recommend them come clean nothing, or to work for them. Unprofessional at its finest.

We had Impact come out and clean the floors at our shop. Our floors looked great except for two rectangular spots right out front in our customer area. These two areas totaling approximately 10 square feet were completely missed.

My 1 star review isn’t on the team that did they work – it is on the follow up and lack thereof from Brian, Director of Operations at Impact.

Working with Brian on having Impact come back out to fix these two areas has been miserable because Brian lies about what he is actually going to do. Brian has confirmed 4 separate instances, spanning 4 separate weeks that his team will be out there to fix it. No one has shown up and each time you call Brian – he’s always surprised that his crew isn’t on site…or he seems busy and has to call you back but he never does. Save yourself the headache.

We reached out to Brian and Jill at Impact to cover for an employee who was going to be out on a short term leave. Brian and Jill were responsive and had our position filled within 2 days. We were extermely pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness to our need and their employee Jennifer, was delightful, worked diligently, and did an incredible job every day. I would highly recommend Impact for your custodial needs.

Do not use this company, beware!!! We used them for Commerical cleaning at our aesthetics office and they have overcharged our credit card by over 8,000.00!!! We are currently seeking legal action they cannot be trusted. NIGHTMARE!!!! RUN!!!!!
