Adriana and Lourdes were wonderful! I’d be delighted to have them back. They did an excellent job of cleaning and paid extra attention to requested areas. We’ve used MAIDPRO for many years now with a variety of maids and I keep coming back because of the reliability of the maids and the reliability and flexibility of the company.

Used MaidPro in the past for deep cleanings and have received good service… However the service I received today was subpar at best. I’ve had maids come in with a clear plan on how to divide the rooms to best clean the house. These girls did two bathrooms a refrigerator in a three hour time span and one of the women sneezed into the cleaning cloth she was using… I offered her a tissue and asked her to please Use a new cloth to continue cleaning she ignored my request and continued to clean my cabinets in my kitchen with the same cloth she sneezed into. I am very disappointed and feel that the service that made pro has given me over the years has slowly declined this being the nail in the coffin. I emailed them making them aware the floors were not cleaned, even though she wiped down the cabinets. They were not clean, and I let them know if the incident of her sneezing into the cleaning cloth, then continuing to use it and I did ask for discount on the cleaning today since they did not charge the card in full and they told me they cannot do that.
They then said they could send a new pro come out and clean tomorrow… I’ve already gone behind the girls and cleaned the floors and re-cleaned my kitchen cabinets with disinfectant and re-sprayed… this subpar service all around, very disappointed, I wish them the best, but I will not be using them in the future any longer.

I spoke with customer service they were able to give me a small discount on the cleaning that I received. This is the change in rating from one star to two

The worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had- and the customer service is no better. Had my apartment cleaned and was quoted a 2hr job, would be refunded money back if she was done sooner. She came and was in and out in much less than that- no problem, as long as the work was done. It was not. They leave a “49 point checklist” behind every job to show everything they “cleaned” and there were many things checked off that hadn’t even been touched and things that are common sense to clean like ceiling fans to dust that weren’t checked off nor cleaned. I found dust everywhere, Cobwebs, it’s like she skipped the kitchen all together, parts of the home where a mop or broom weren’t touched by, and for the price I paid and how early she left I was shocked. I called the company within the hour to complain and sent them photos via email to show my case and complaint and was told they’d view them and would call me back with a plan to rectify the situation. Never heard back the rest of the day. Flash forward to the next day (I had requested they come the day they did because the following day I was on a plane to be out of town for a week and I like to come home to a clean house) and I get off my flight to a voicemail from the company saying the maid was waiting outside my house to be let in to clean. I was shocked and angered- they never cleared this with me? They never called to ask what day would be good or a time? They never called at all- just sent someone to my house, as if people don’t work or have a life and are sitting home available all day. They never did anything after that. I will tell everyone and anyone who
Listens; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save the money and the headache and use anyone else. Very unprofessional, very dirty.
