I called Molly Maid and requested a deep cleaning of my home prior to baby arrival as I’m unable to do some of the things involved in a deep cleaning myself. I was assured baseboards, blinds, all surface areas, etc were part of this deep clean they provide so I scheduled it and they came next day.
Day of cleaning, the team left and when I saw the work they did I noticed the baseboards were never touched, my floors were mopped but not vacuumed or swept so all of the dirt and dust was pushed into the corners or spread out all over the floor, my mantle was never touched. They dusted AROUND small items on my nightstands and in the bathrooms, didn’t clean behind any of the toilets, etc. I then called to advise and they requested I send an email with some pictures so they can review it. So I did. A few days later I got a call from Andrea stating that the pictures do look very bad and she apologized and offered a re-clean which I took. I requested a new team and she agreed and promised I would get the very best. We went over on the phone all the spots that were missed and she ensured me this would be taken care of.
Day of the re-clean.. the SAME team showed up which is not only unprofessional as I was promised a new team but definitely put me in an uncomfortable position. I went over with them yet again the areas that were missed and then had to step outside for a work phone call. When the team left and I was able to walk the house I noticed they attempted to clean some of the baseboards but not well and some areas were never touched, the floor was yet again spot cleaned and there was still dirt and dust in the corners, the mantle and a few other surfaces still weren’t wiped and behind the toilets looked disgusting still. I took pictures immediately, the floor was even still wet as the team had just left and sent them via email. Still no response from this company. $300 dollars later and my house looks pretty much just as it did before they came. The items they did clean were things I could’ve done myself. Hints why I requested the DEEP clean so that someone else can get the hard to reach areas like baseboards. I will now have to find someone who can come and provide the standard of care I was promised from Molly Maids. The pictures included are from AFTER both the first clean and the re-clean. Both equally as dirty. If this is their standard of clean I’m not sure how this business is still operating.

Edit to add: I have now called this establishment twice with no answer since sending my email 5 days ago. Prior to my complaint, they would answer with no problem. I will keep trying in hopes they resolve the issue and update with time stamps as I go.

I called molly maid to help me while I was in a cast and couldn't clean my apartment. Brooke and Daisy have been amazing. They are fast while thorough and very professional. They are always going above and beyond. I would recommend molly maid for anyone who needs it. The gentlemen who showed up for the quote was very detail orientated and did a complete walk through to show me exactly what they were going to do and they are very affordable.

First time with the company. Kayla and Kyla (my team).we're very sweet and pleasant and did a wonderful job. They asked my concerns first and in my opinion did more than expected. I normally do cleaning myself but treatments I am on ..lower my energy level. I have asked for them again next month.

Our home was scheduled for a move in deep clean. The team asked me to check the work as they completed the hall with bedrooms/ bathrooms. When they got to the main area of the house they just up and left without telling me they were finished or have me inspect their work. Floors were left dirty, windows filthy, cobwebs on walls/ windows, dirty baseboards, and more. I took photos of several of the issues after the crew left. I am highly dissatisfied and would never recommend this service to anyone I know. I had to go back through and clean the house myself prior to move in to clean the home. We would like a refund on all work.

I am disappointed in this service and also disappointed in myself for the amount of money I spent for a move-in deep clean.

When the cleaners arrived and I walked them through the house, they told me they do not clean blinds or fridges. Even though the rep had asked if I wanted that done and I said yes.

The $340 service that took a team of two an hour and 45 minutes to complete was nowhere near done once I went to inspect it. Floors were dirty, cobwebs, counters not touched, windows still dirty, shower still had film on it. I told the team about a few spots that were missed and just assumed they would get the floors and final counters cleaned on the way out, so I gave them space to work after my notes.

They leave and I realize it's still dirty. But, we are moving in the next day and we have things to take care of.

The week of moving, renovations, and painting goes by and I get an email from Molly Maid to share feedback, which I do. I get a call from their rep within 15 minutes, extremely apologetic and wants to make it right. They are unable to refund, but can do a re-clean service. She just needs to confirm it with a manager.

I get a call back the following week that they can give me a free re-clean, but I am out of town and ask if I can get it done later in the month. She says of course.

I call 2 weeks later and get one on the schedule. I just got a call the day before my cleaning saying they are actually not able to give me a re-cleaning, "Thank you and Goodbye." Didn't even offer me a discounted service.

$340 on a 2.5BR 2.5BA. I am not a person who would leave a review or complain because I understand cleaning is a hard service as I did it for two years. Please do better for your customers. We work hard to make $340 and it was just wasted.
