We opted for the “deluxe package,” that included the basics and washing baseboards, windows, cabinets, and doors. We are listing our house for sale in 4 days so our house has been stripped of nearly everything so minimum baseboards were blocked especially on the main floor. Our cleaner did a great job on the basics and the windows! However, the “deluxe,” was not up to par. The baseboards were not even wiped down, nor the kitchen cabinets. I work from home with my 13 mobile month old. The cleaner kept asking me if she missed anything but I did not have much time to look in detail. The cleaner said I asked her not to move things but she never even mentioned that things needed to be moved, the only items to be moved would have been rugs and toys in the playroom, my kids rooms, or 1 wall in the living room. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe there was a mix up but our concerns were immediately dismissed. I can appreciate the owner having her employees back but we did not get what we paid for.

Carla came today and while I was gone to one of my MANY Dr appointments she worked her magic. When I came home my house was so nice and clean, l love that nice clean smell. I couldn't have ask anyone to do any better. She was on time, which I truly appreciate. Today was my first cleaning with your company but sure won't be my last.

We have been using this cleaning company for around 8 months now. They do cleaning for us every 2 weeks. We are very happy with their services and the job they do. They communicate very well! Hiring them allows me to spend more time with my kids and doing other things around the house. We usually have Tonya and she is not only friendly but also does a great job!
