We were under a time crunch and they bent over backwards to accommodate. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional: person on the phone, person that came to give an estimate, and the cleaners. Cleaners were on time, personable, and wore their masks/social distanced. They got right to work. I headed out for breakfast and when I got back the place was spotless. It's my first time hiring a house cleaner, and I'm kind of blown away. Will definitely use again and recommend!

I wanted to hire Rachelle to help with some cleaning for my parents. I am in Colorado so I read reviews myself and felt comfortable to hire her from the distance. She made a visit to my parents home to assess their needs and she was very professional and honest and said that her team didn’t necessarily fit the requests that my mother had. I didn't realize how much I would VALUE a cleaning service - it totally freed me up - not only my TIME that I would have spent on dusting the nooks and crannies, mopping the floor and baseboards, scrubbing the bathroom, etc., but the mental and emotional ENERGY that was no longer spent on the mess and clutter. I could then focus on my children, on forgotten projects, even socializing! Plus, the PEACE of mind: I loved coming home to a clean house and being able to keep it up a little better all the time. They put us at ease right away - no judgement, friendly and professional cleaning staff, show up every time on the dot, and the company has outstanding communication with their customers. UPDATE: We are still using CleanHaus regularly and are still extremely pleased! Very professional, friendly cleaning staff whom I'm not afraid to leave in my home when I'm not there, and fantastic communication. They are always punctual and will even call if they're going to arrive a little early! House is thoroughly cleaned and spotless when they're through. It's the best gift we've ever given to ourselves.

I used CleanHaus for the first time a few weeks ago. I was hesitant in hiring someone to clean one of my apartments since I always felt no one could do as good a job as me, and quite frankly, wouldn't care as much as me to get the place ready for a new potential tenant. Boy, was I wrong! From the start I was impressed as Amy Adams (the owner of CleanHaus) met me within hours of my request. We went over what was needed to be done and she assured me her team would do a great job as she took detailed notes for them. Scheduling the apointment was a breeze through their website, and on the day of the cleaning both Lillian and Molly arrived a few minutes early; they were both pleasant, professional, and polite. Although they knew what to do as they were given specific instructions from Amy, they also happily took additional instructions from me. Lillian and Molly worked well together, chatting as they were cleaning...and it was evident they both took pride in their work. After Lillian and Molly were done, I inspected the apartment and it was amazing! The apartment sparkled and I did not need to go over anything as I have in the past with other cleaning services. I would not hesitate to contact CleanHaus again!

We’ve had a great experience with CleanHaus for about a year now. After trying several other companies over the years, both large and small, I can say that CleanHaus is by far the best. Here’s why: 1) It’s easy! You can contact them via multiple channels...email, text, phone-They’re very responsive. 2) They’re consistent. Our pricing has not changed since we’ve started. If you want additional services added, they’re transparent about the cost up front. They’re also consistent with the services they provide...They’re thorough...I’ve not experienced them “missing” anything-We come home, our house is clean, and smells great. 3). The people are Awesome...Inclusive of the owner and all the folks that make it happen. They’re very friendly (but also want to focus and get the job done well). I’d highly recommend. Two thumbs up!
