Extremely frustrated with the outcome. Troy came to clean our carpets and the stains looked worse after he visited (photo 1). There were no visible stains before he arrived. I asked him to come back and clean the rugs again, which he did, and completely destroyed our rug (photo 2). Our hardwood floors are covered in white cleaning marks now too, that we can’t remove, and we’ll need to get new rugs. Very disappointing to pay $700 to get my carpets cleaned, and now I need to get new rugs and fix my hardwood floors.

We recently had a pipe freeze and water backup into our east Keystone townhome. I called Summit's Finest and Troy was out within an hour. The flood remediation involved carpet, insulation and drywall removal as well as drying out the unit. Troy was outstanding in his communication, execution of the work and submitting details to our insurance company. If you have a similar crisis I would definitely recommend calling Summit's Finest.

This is truly a wonderful business that cares about their community. When services are needed its typically a pretty stressful experience, and Summit's Finest did everything they could to put us at ease. They worked with us to make sure that we were able to take care of what needed to be done without putting ourselves in a bad financial situation. They were responsive and kind. Kendall and Troy were incredibly helpful through a very stressful home water emergency. They immediately came out to the property and helped repair water damage, then brought in a team to fix the insulation and dry wall. They are professionals who truly care about their customers, they bent over backwards to help protect our house from further damage and were very responsive. Summit's Finest is the only company you need to call. Troy and Kendal are great to work with. They have cleaned the carpet in our home multiple times and we wouldn't use anyone else! They not only help keep our carpets and furniture looking great, they quickly responded when we had a carpet emergency when the dog chewed up a blue ink pen. This is the second time that Summit's Finest helped me! A couple years ago, a pipe broke in my crawl space and filled it with a couple inches of water. Troy came out immediately, pumped out the water, removed the soggy insulation and vapor barrier and dried it out. Because that pipe wasn't repaired well (plumbers fault), it happened again! Again Troy came out right after it was fixed and got the place dried out again. Can't say enough about how responsive, professional and effective this company is. Thank you!!!
