I’m only leaving two stars because they came for an early morning appointment I requested. The person who cleaned the kitchen also did a few dishes I had in the sink when I asked, even though she said the company doesn’t offer that. The owner and manager were both professional and courteous on the phone.

However, I’ve never been so upset by a purchase. I’ve been ridiculously busy so I haven’t had time to clean my place at all, and needed some help. The ladies were very nice, and I showed them the rooms when they arrived, specifying that I needed a “deep clean” multiple times. I said this on the phone while scheduling the appointment too. After the two hour clean was done, I had to leave for work, so I quickly looked around and said the place looked good, because it was cleaner than before. I called the company to let them know I’m adding tips for them on my card and the company was great about it, but the cleaners seemed upset after. But that is understandable. Anyways, It was only when I came back home at night and really walked around that I noticed sooooo many things left undone. The kitchen windowsills clearly were not wiped down. When I sprayed and wiped very quickly with a microfiber cloth, the color change was drastic. In the bathroom, the tub wasn’t even scrubbed, hairs were still in the tub, the cabinet under the sink still had water streaks/droplets of toothpaste around it, showing it hadn’t been cleaned. The walls also still showed those “sprayed toothpaste” marks. It looked like my bed had been made with the new sheets like I requested, but I realized the comforter was on sideways, and the sheets under were practically just thrown on and barely tucked in. It looked like it was slept in and not made. In my sister’s room, the vanity top looked like it has been cleaned, but the outside of the drawers were clearly not touched as per the huge makeup stains still on it. I wasn’t around when the living room was cleaned, so I’m not sure if it was vacuumed, but I just picked off so many pieces from the carpet I’m really disappointed. My laundry machine is in the kitchen and it opens from the top at around hip level, the top of it was visibly dirty looking. Honestly I’m just so disappointed that I put my trust in the place to clean my home when I couldnt, spent so much money, and got a bare minimum surface disinfecting that I could have done in 30 minutes.

Hi, I just wanted to say what a great job Beatrice and Nicole did last Saturday. I booked Molly Maids to clean my dads house (he recently had a stroke and I wanted it cleaned up for his return from rehab) and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company, they were reasonably priced for 3 hours of cleaning as well as recommend Beatrice and Nicole. Thank you again!!!

Great cleaning service when you want to do deep cleaning of your entire house. They are pricey, but they staff are very professional and do a great job. A team of two comes to the house and goes from top to bottom.

Theses ladies did a great job cleaning my apartment. My bathroom was a mess with mold. After 2 hours the bathroom and the rest of the apartment was the cleanest I have ever seen it. You are crazy if you dont use Molly Maid.

I called requesting cleaning services for 6 hours and a gentleman said he think his services would be too expensive for me, $700. I wonder why he thought I cannot afford it. When I asked him why he assumed I cannot afford his fee, he said "Im not going to have this conversation you."

Thank You So Much!! The ladies were wonderful yesterday. I have never seen my apartment so clean!! Especially the shower doors and the microwave/oven/stovetop. I also love that they arrive with there own machines and cleaning supplies.

I just used Molly Maids for a move-out clean on our sold house. Natasha, the office manager handled the scheduling in a warm, courteous and professional way. Molly Maids bring every single thing they need to clean your space. You just have to open the door! Our cleaners, Fran, Sandra and Theresa each tackled a different area of the house and were extremely thorough, paying attention to details, such as door knobs and baseboards and it was apparent that they took pride in their work. We have floor to ceiling mirrors in our dining area and they haven't looked this clean in 35 years! After completion, you have an opportunity to point out anything that you still need address. Their prices are better than some other companies we researched.
