Nope. Terrible cleaners. Hired for a move out clean for listing our house for sale. Had them come back and still did a half job. First time they clearly didn’t vacuum or mop the living room/ stairs. Missed so many areas. By the second time it was okay, still missed many areas. Whole downstairs bar area was still uncleaned, sticky counters, cabinets not cleaned. Weren’t apologetic, no accountability. This company clearly does not care about their quality.

Molly maids did a good job on my parents house. The house became very dusty / dirty as my parents aged, my mom suffering from Alzheimer’s. My dad would say stop worrying about it! It took them a long time to clean the house. It was a move out clean.
I wanted it cleaned top to bottom. The one bummer was I had removed about 90% of the food from the refrigerator and freezer, they would not remove the rest. I asked for them to clean the refrigerator and to just move the stuff around and I would get the rest. That never happened so I need to make a special trip to finish the house to remove and clean the refrigerator. When I told the ladies thank you and good bye I had forgotten to inspect the refrigerator. It was a big job and they had to come back the day afterwards. They were very flexible with the schedule which I really appreciated that. I feel like the home is clean and someone could move in today. That’s the most important part. They can live there and update the home the way they want while living there. Thank you for the good job.

Had a wonderful first cleaning today!! Alma L and Louisa - might have her name incorrect, I unfortunately can’t quite remember - “Team 7” did a fantastic job! They were timely, kind, and thorough. Very happy with how the house looks and I’m excited to continue having them back. This was my second time hiring a cleaning company and I can already tell the improvement Molly Maids is over the local competitors. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience with absolutely rude cleaners. They trick you by doing a good job the first time and they take their sweet time as it’s the only time they are paid by the hour and then every other time they rush the job, leave counters dirty, don’t vacuum properly and will skip on basic things just to get out the door as soon as they can. They are not cheap and they do a bad job.
It was a snowy day and the cleaner had such an attitude when asked to remove her shoes before entering the house in her dirty snowy/muddy shoes - she still walked in with them and onto our carpet even when I asked multiple times for her to remove them.
Every time I would let them know where they missed a spot she would roll her eyes and huff and puff as if she’s doing this job for free and then she went as far as saying “I have other houses to clean today where I make more money at.” So shocking and rude and would never use or recommend this company to anyone. It’s more of a job trying to get them to do their job.
Our baby was asleep and I asked her to start at a different part of the house to not wake her and she was arguing back with me saying that their rules are they start on that side of the house.
And the cherry on top as they finished cleaning the floor the cleaners walked all over the dry and clean floor with their dirty covered shoes making it all dirty again and giving me an attitude once again when I asked them to clean the mess they created.
As they were leaving she refused to take the trash to the garage as they usually would - using the excuse that her shoes are dirty and she doesn’t have anymore shoe covers to use - I told her to remove her shoes entirely and finish the job! I am stunned. I have had cleaners for years and never did I have such a bad experience like this one. If I could give this a 0 star I would! Bad energy and bad job.

Needed a good cleaning last minute. Process was easy to set up and the crew was very thorough and considerate of my personal belongings. They did a great job one less item completed on my long to-do list.

I canceled my service a few months ago, but I decided to leave a review since I'm constantly reminded of the work they did. To keep it short, they scratched up the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen(oven, fridge, microwave), the glass stove top and the glass door in the shower. I had brought it up to management and they said they would make sure that didn't happen again but I noticed the scratches got worse after the next time. I also noticed a huge leaf on my birds of paradise plant had snapped after a cleaning. I canceled shortly after that. Along with some confusion around billing multiple times. I don't recommend them at all.

- Knew the desk lamp was jacked up when it was jerked down from desk and didn’t tell me. I heard it happen but no convo or reporting.
- Language barrier.
- surface cleaning when deep down requested.
- Billing that doesn’t make sense or match up w visits.
-way too expensive for results.
