Stratus provides exceptional service. They are the only cleaning company I refer to my clients. The number one complaint against cleaning companies is how comfortable they get and the longer they service your building, the more mistakes and less detailed they become. Stratus provides consistency, they monitor their teams by providing random walk throughs, and they will accommodate almost any request. You never feel like “another client”. They will always make you feel like you are their top priority. They provide boutique level service at a phenomenal rate. In my opinion, they could never price themselves out the market due to their exceptional service. I have used them at clients in a variety of ways- daily porters, nightly service, and weekly service.

Stratus building solutions have been cleaning our office weekly for years and have always done a great job. Recently we had a flood in our office and it left our carpets staind and discolored. I didn't think we could ever repair it. Stratus offered me a fair quote to deep clean the carpet and it amazed me how well everything turned out. They were able to get everything out.
