Please dont arrange the time based on your own cleaning hour WITHOUT LETTING YOUR CLIENTS KNOW. My wife was very upset getting a call from our gate early in the morning, the cleaning service arrived when we were not even notified prior to their arrival. All she heard was you will get back to her available schedule time, but showing up without any proper notice? It was very different than first time I met with the person from the office. I do give a credit for the first cleaning service, they did great job. However, you have very very poor managements on retaining existing customers based on my personal experience. My wife even messaged to see IF you can match similar times based on our availabilities. I completely understand if our time does not meet your service. However, your response and costumer services are very poorly managed. Simple message without apology (FOR JUST SHOWING UP TO OUR HOME WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW) that you will simply remove us from your service? Did we mention anything irrational or even negative? Please feel free to leave a response, I will thoroughly point out exact improvements you need. Looking forward to hear your response.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for over 3 years now and the service provided is extremely reliable. They show up when they are supposed to and get the job done well. Mike and his team are great, always accommodating when you need something; an extra task, schedule adjustment, etc.

Please be aware when you are attempting to work with this service.. please read text messages with the time stamps btw me and the owner.. You will see how they are scheduling the cleaning services..
