I am changing this review (a few months after receiving their services). I feel I was a bit unfair and have to correct myself - especially after comparing their results with a different cleaning company that I recently used.

Honestly, these guys (Toledo) are amazing. For the price they did a truly outstanding job. Only a couple spots were missed and they quickly sent someone back (for free) to do a touch-up.

These people went the extra mile - they cleaned every single room plus inside the microwave, oven and fridge. This place looked beautiful once they were done.

Definitely booking again soon. Thanks Toledo.

I hired Toledo cleaning services to do some junk removal and a deep cleaning of my 2/2 townhouse I had rented and had moved out of after a year and half. So you can imagine after moving furniture that had sat in the same place for almost 2 years the home needed a good clean. Not only were they professional, on-time, and did a great job cleaning but the customer service was amazing. Michelle spoke to me every step of the way as I was coordinating from another state. They made it so easy if I hadn’t moved away I would 100% use them again.

I hired Toldeo to clean my sister's house after she hosted my bridal shower there. I asked if they could come in early the following day on Sunday to help with the floors and bathrooms. Although they typically do not provide services on Sunday they made an exception. Michelle was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. The pricing was fare. I wasn't able to see the finished product myself as I had to fly back to NY but my sister came home from church that afternoon to find her house in impeccable conditions. She was so happy with the services they provided and plans to use them again. I highly recommend them.

Let me try to explain this right. Very nice and flexible service. BUT
If you trust this company to do an awesome job without being behind them you will be as disappointed as I have been!
They only clean what looks dirty! In that sense yes they clean good, they do not have a choice. The problem I have is with the cleanliness of what looks fine but is not. At $160 I expect no more dust, grease or residue of any kind, especially when the apartment has no furniture. You should just be able to move in. Yes, the apartment had some construction done in it, which is why we needed the maid service. Well, baseboards still had white powder, closet shelves, fan lighting fixtures, oven not cleaned, everything that looked clean but actually needed dusting and touch up was not done. I will spare you the long list of things not cleaned. It makes me wonder what they did for 4 hours in an empty apartment. We will never know because unfortunately we were not present.
Because of the good reviews they had and the price, we believed that this company was trustworthy. Big mistake!! Will not hire back or recommend.

I own few properties around Miami. I am so impressed with Toledo Cleaning Services. They are HONEST, responsible, super-super good at cleaning, very reliable. Now that I used them, I would not trust my apartments to anyone but them. If you need someone good and responsible, look no further. I am so grateful I found them.

Excellent attention to detail. Michelle, whom I spoke with over the phone to set up the appointment, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The women who cleaned the house did an incredible job and were very kind. Our home looks amazing and we will definitely be using them again!
