I had the vents in my townhouse cleaned by M.A.C. Master, Inc. and highly recommend them. The townhouse had not been lived in for two years prior to my buying it. There were birds living in the exhausts and mold in the HVAC system. Tamas Galambos, the owner, provided reasonable and upfront prices and his crew was very professional and knowledgeable in the different ways to handle the bird and mold issue we encountered. This is a professional company to do business with and the technicians are extremely competent. Thank you, Tamas and M.A.C. Master!

Tamas cleaned our ducts and dryer vent after years of neglect. He was thorough and left our ducts spotless! He also helped us understand every step and how to avoid issues in the future. I'd recommend MAC Masters to anyone and will be calling them again for our next cleaning.

*Update* i had to remove a star. I asked the guy on the phone if their bathroom vent cleaning caused extensive dirt. He said no but i checked my bathroom after my orig review and there was dust everywhere. Ruining my Healthcare products in my shower. Excellent customer service. Next day appointment. The crew arrived in time and were finished with my whole house within 2 hours.

Wow, just hands-down the best! We had used MAC for our whole home vent cleaning before moving into our newly purchased home. We had done a lot of renovations , so it was important that all the vents be cleaned up due to debris. The guys explained what they will be doing before starting. They also took every vent cover off and even wiped it. They did a great job and were very respectful and kind. Definitely felt I got my moneys worth.

Fast forward a few Weeks later when we finally move in and start using the washer and dryer. There was lint everywhere, and the room was getting very hot and humid. I gave them a call and let them know the issue, and within a few hours they sent a crew! Upon moving the dryer no surprise the duct wasn’t connected.

***After speaking with the crew, I realized that when they had come initially, the washer and dryer were still in the garage, not connected ‍♀️ because of the renovations that were done in the laundry room.

***So the initial connecting of the washer and dryer was done by a different company in which they did not use metal ring to secure the duct, but instead just used tape.

I explained to management my confusion and that this was completely my fault, and that the stress of renovating and moving had my mind all mixed up.

At the end of all this no invoice was given to me and management was very understanding and was happy to help.

As a new homeowner we’re very susceptible to being taken advantage and this company showed how amazing they are and how much they care about making sure their work is done properly and with integrity. A+

Tamas and his partner were friendly and professional. The dryer vent duct had not been cleaned for more than 10 years (maybe 15?) and the moisture and lint created a sold mass that was stuck in the duct. My dryer was taking about 2 and half hours to dry clothes. They were able to extract the gunk. They kept me updated to the whole time. My dryer now takes a little over one hour to dry. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends and for my future duct cleaning. Above all, They have the best rate! Thank you Tamas!

I will definitely be using this company again the next time I need my ducts cleaned! They bundled it together with cleaning my dryer vents for a good deal, and they cleaned up all the dust that fell from my ceiling vents. They did have to reschedule on me, but they went out of their way to make it up to me which I greatly appreciated!
