We are a large company in Irvine and RJ and his team came out to clean our carpets. Lily at the office was super helpful with all the building regulations and moving the process along. RJ was extremely helpful! He came out right away for an estimate. We received 3 estimates and ended up going with Chem Dry because of a referral and the price. So happy with the service! I just got my carpets cleaned and this company is beyond amazing. I have to give my shout out and kudos to this family-owned local business. If you need your carpets cleaned, please contact the owner RJ and he will give you the best consultation. He will accommodate your busy schedule too! He made everything easy for me and cleaned my carpets like a champ. The drying took half the time it normally takes for a regular carpet cleaning. My carpets look brand new and they smell fresh and clean now! I'm very happy with my service. They are honest, reliable, efficient, and they offer the best price. I was given an accurate and fair price quote over the phone. There were no surprise additional costs which I have experienced with other carpet cleaning companies. The office gave me a three hour arrival window as well as a call and text 45 minutes before the the carpet cleaners arrived. The technician discussed the process with me before hand and did a great job. My technician was very professional and friendly. I had very dirty stairs and he was able to get all of the dirt out so they look like new. I will be using Active Chem- Dry from now on!

My carpet hasn't been cleaned for a long while. Called Chem-Dry and they made an appointment very quickly. Great customer service and great cleaning services! They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule the original appointment. Lilly called to set up the new appointment and was very professional and courteous!
RJ was the one that did the carpet cleaning. He was very personable and explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. The cleaning was great

RJ is a complete pro. Showed up on time, was very honest about cost and quality of work. He was very willing to move small furniture and worked with me to ensure that I could get a result I was looking for at a cost that I could afford. He takes great care with any furniture and items that need to be moved. We haven't had our carpets cleaned in some time and I was a bit nervous about the overall experience, but he immediately made me feel secure in his work and the outcome was excellent. Great service with great results!

RJ came to do our floors and he was wonderful! We have 3 rooms, stairs, a hallway and a very difficult area rug. He took the time to explain all the steps, the pricing and what to expect after he was finished. I love that they warranty their work as well. He was very honest about his work, and explained what the cleaning would take out of the carpet. My 11 month old baby was getting ready to go down for a nap, and he completed her room first so that the service wouldn't interrupt her sleeping schedule. I thought that was a very nice personal touch. He also assured me that his products are green and safe for my kids and pets. It gave me peace of mind to know they wouldn't be inhaling any toxins. Great service, great price, great product!
