My brother’s experience with Servpro has been awful. They started repairing his bathroom on July 2nd, promising it would take two weeks. After missing that two-week deadline, they set a new one for August 1st, which they also missed. Then they promised it would be done by August 10th, but now it’s August 12th, and it’s still not finished. Every time I visit, I have to use the clubhouse bathroom because his is unusable. The endless delays and excuses are unacceptable. I’ll be posting photos of the current state with this review. Avoid this company if you can.

I was recommended by my insurance to contact Servpro of Irvine. Within the same day of contacting them Krishna and Vance arrived to assess my water damage. In no less than an hour they were able to find the leak which had affected more of my bathroom than I thought. Later that day I received an estimate of the overall work and they even communicated with my insurance adjuster, making it less stressful on me. After the work was completed I was surprised they saved my countertop which we had just replaced recently. Overall great experience with the field and office staff!

The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. They also assisted me in creating a claim with Mercury. My home was left spotless, and I'm very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them for anyone dealing with water damage

After a major water leak in my irvine home, Servpro of Irvine provided outstanding service. They arrived quickly. Their attention to detail prevented mold, and they kept me updated everyday. My home was restored better than it was before this water loss! Highly recommend their efficient and professional service. Krishna is great and very knowledgeable. Great work overall!

This has got to be the worst "restoration" company in the universe. My insurance carrier sent them to dry out and do demoltion after a water leak. Not only did they leave everything a mess, but they broke the gas line to my clothes dryer. They advertise 24 hour emergency service, but could not be bothered to come out and fix the gas line when I called them at 8pm. I told the person that answered the phone that I was worried about gas leaking into the condo and his response was pretty much "oh well".

Very bad experience. Got a quote, which I thought was for drying out wall and wall repair. It turns out it was only for drying out wall - which I later found out from other contractors that this work was totally unnecessary once the leaky pipe was fixed. Moreover, I was presented with 4 pages of fine print of a contract, only when workers had arrived to do the work. I asked what was in the fine print and the representative had no idea. Unfortunately I signed, only to find out much later that the cost of the wall repair was not included. I paid what was asked on the day of the work, only to receive another bill two weeks later.

Avoid. Not very professional.

Rolando and Harold did a fantastic job restoring my home after a flood. I was panicking after waking up to my first floor being flooded but they came quick! These guys were professional and thorough. Highly recommend!
