michael, from america pro carpet service, was incredibly friendly, arrived early, and demonstrated true professionalism. we've been utilizing their carpet cleaning service for four years, and really appreciate their eco-friendly approach. michael has been our cleaner on two occasions now, and both times he has outdone himself. this time, he treated our carpets as if they were in his own grandmother's home, meticulously removing even the most stubborn stains that had been there for years. we didn't even point them out to him, assuming they were permanent. to our surprise, he spotted them, steamed them, and removed them entirely. we were truly impressed. michael also showed great enthusiasm in moving the furniture, including a heavy bed frame. he steamed below the furniture, moved it back into place, and even steam cleaned our mattress. this was a service we hadn't known was available until we asked him. we were delighted with our freshly steamed mattress! upstairs, michael moved all the furniture, including several piles of items on the floor. no previous cleaner has ever done this. michael is a tremendous asset to america pro carpet service, always professional, thoughtful, and thorough. we can't praise him enough and will definitely request him for our future services. we also want to thank the friendly young woman who handled our call. despite a nearly unusable microphone and a quiet-yelling conversation, she was able to schedule our service within two days. we'll definitely recommend america pro carpet service and share our positive experience with everyone on our street in palmer. we can't wait for our next cleaning.
