Bryson was our carpet cleaning technician, and he did a splendid job! First Class Carpet Service offered exemplary customer service, which was both prompt and courteous. We were extremely satisfied with the way Bryson and Preston explained, both over the phone and in person, the exact carpet cleaning services we would be receiving. They maintained honesty throughout the entire process. Even after providing us with an initial quote, they called back to offer us a better deal due to a promotion we qualified for after adding extra areas. In the past, we have engaged other carpet cleaning companies, but our experiences with them in terms of treatment, service, and cost were not as impressive. However, First Class Carpet Service has exceeded our expectations. We've already started recommending their services through word-of-mouth and look forward to engaging their services for any future carpet cleaning needs. Thank you so much!

Worse service ever!!! Called and received a quote..man showed up in his own personal suv with a unit one could rent…then tried to charge me for more - lots more than what I was quoted. Horrible Service - Poor Service - Rip Off
