I recently had Air Quality Systems come out to my home to clean all the ducts, vents, and vent returns, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Our ducts had never been cleaned before and were severely dirty, which had been contributing to ongoing respiratory issues in my household. After their thorough cleaning, the air quality in our home has improved dramatically—it’s like night and day! We can finally breathe easily, and the difference is undeniable.

From the moment I called Mr. Tim Taylor, the owner of Air Quality Systems, I knew I was in good hands. He was empathetic, attentive to my concerns, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even with his busy schedule, he made us a priority and managed to fit us in quickly due to the severity of our situation, which I truly appreciated.

His technician, Anthony Garza, was outstanding—professional, friendly, and meticulous. He made sure everything was done right, and the attention to detail was impressive. He cleaned everything up after the job and ensured the entire process went smoothly.

If you’re dealing with allergy or breathing issues in your home, I cannot recommend Air Quality Systems enough. Check your vents for dust or debris, and if they need attention, call them immediately! They are, without a doubt, the best in the business. Thank you, Tim and Anthony, for making such a huge difference in our home!

Air Quality Systems cleaned the ducts and dryer vent in our home in Powder Springs yesterday. They were very professional and thorough and did an excellent job. They even wore coverings over their shoes and put drop cloths down to protect our floors. They took photos of the inside of the ductwork when they finished and they were immaculate. They came only 2 days after I contacted them. They have the best modern equipment and to top it off they even vacuumed our carpets when finished! The two gentlemen were friendly and courteous. I recommend Air Quality Systems to anyone!

Paid for someone to clean and scope my vent. Explained at time of set-up my dryer vent layout. When technician arrived, he was asked to alert us when he needed to come inside. He didn't, and said that he does not have to come inside. Nothing came out of the cleaning. Oh, if you pay for scope pictures, you get it next business day. They don't tell you that at the time of set-up. My dryer didn't work when I tried to run it. Had to cut a hole in my drywall to shove a shop-vac in the duct to clean it from inside. Spoke with supervisor, he was very understanding. Supervisor tried to correct this, but this wasn't okay the first time.
