Fantastic communication and helpful service, beyond expectation. We were able to book them quickly, and they came early - exactly as promised. Our house needed a "deep cleaning" after a long period of use. After the AVS cleaning, the entire house really shines!

Brenda and the team at A Votre Service have been incredibly professional, friendly, and well qualified to handle every issue that has come up with our home, both big and small. The housekeepers are very thorough; the office manager and staff are extremely responsive over email and phone calls (and endlessly patient and friendly with clients like me who have long, detailed lists of to dos!) I don't know how we'd manage our home out on the East End without them.

I had to clean my family's big house very thoroughly, especially all the bathrooms, kitchen and the appliances were over due for a deep cleaning. I went on an internet search and this company was the one that I thought gave the most thorough information about how the company works, rates and policies especially for such a big job. After calling their office I knew It was a company I could trust.
They were very professional, from their customer service to the ladies who serviced my place they were reliable and meticulous, the ladies work at a good pace and did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend them, if they can tackle a big job the way they did, I am sure they will go above and beyond with any size cleaning job.

The team at A Votre Service is top notch. On time, on budget, intuitive and caring, I have a not been disappointed with their services, their forward thinking or communications. They understand the rhythm of the Hamptons Lifestyle and meet those expectations. (please note that they went out of their way to help me when I was on crutches, and staying alone for several weeks). I was never left in a spot with out support for housekeeping, handy man, or other needs.

Very expensive and far from the best cleaning crew we’ve used. Ridiculous policies and forms to sign. If you simply want a cleaning crew I would look elsewhere. Not satisfied.
