Everything from our first contact, the thoroughness of the house cleaners, and the customer service after the cleaning has been nothing short of perfect. This company is kind and reasonable and best of all, really good at what they do! I was shocked on the day of our first house cleaning to open the door to see a small army. The cleaners walked in and got right to work. They were kind, friendly, respectful of our furniture and space, and honestly cleaned things better than I would even know how to. We had just a few small reasonable requests and they were happy to accommodate. They even dusted each individual leaf to our live plants. I’ve never seen our plants so shiny! Scheduling is a breeze and making changes if something arises is no problem as long as you give them at least 48 hour notice. We’ve had other cleaners before, but none of them hold a candle to Care Cleaning.

I work from home full time with a 5 month old to take care of at the same time and my husband works nights full time/has to sleep most of the day. The thought of spending the little free time we have together doing a deep clean is miserable! I had my first Care Cleaning appointment today and they did SUCH a fabulous job. They provide a checklist with tasks they complete for each room and you can take or leave what fits your needs. I felt safe to leave them in my home and came home to a fresh comfortable environment, absolutely spotless! They even organized my pantry and junk tray (holds coins and cords etc) that sits out which I wasn’t expecting. Just love em’ looking forward to monthly cleans. ❤️

Finally! I found someone who does detailed work and charges by the hour not the job. The Care Cleaning crew did an amazing job today. When I asked for a few specific things to be done it wasn't a problem at all. I am going to really love working with Care Cleaning!!

Do not recommend!!

They did a bad job, charged us an insane amount, and stopped responding to emails. I provided them with pictures right after the clean as proof and they tried to blame it on me which makes zero sense because the house was completely empty, we had not moved in, and the only time we had gone in the house after they cleaned was to check it. They also left all the rags in a pile on the floor and it had a strong chemical smell. You could smell it as soon as you opened the laundry room.

They offered a $10 discount, stopped responding to emails and it was after 24 hours because we were in the process of moving across the country. We had them clean it the day before we were coming to the house. So we had them clean it and drove straight to the house once we arrived in Utah to check on the cleaning and see the house.

They did offer to come fix what had not been cleaned correctly and re-mop the floors, but at that point we had already moved in and I had cleaned it myself.

My husband gifted me with a deep house cleaning service by Care Cleaning before our baby comes and it was THE BEST. Our house has literally never been this spotless. They came in the afternoon and were finished by the time we were home from dinner. Every inch of our home is clean and smells so good (not overwhelmingly like cleaning supplies which is a huge bonus for my pregnant nose!). They were also so easy to work with! Scheduling was a breeze. They also left a checklist so we could see exactly what they did. It was so nice. We plan on using them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a thorough clean of their home.

I am completely blown away by the service provided by Care Cleaning. It was so easy to set up the service and the attention to detail is amazing. I feel like I can actually live in and enjoy my house again - my house is literally sparkling clean! My husband and I were really appreciative of the team not being in a rush in terms of the fact that they were thorough and careful of our belongings. I have heard amazing things about Care Cleaning from a couple of friends, but unfortunately, they will not contact me back. Twice now (August 2022 and July 2024) I have submitted a request on their website. I have gotten an almost immediate auto-reply to my email with their checklist, saying to respond if I'd like to move forward and they would reach out to me within 24 hours to schedule my first cleaning. Well... I've emailed back and even tried calling/texting but they won't get back to me. I've checked my spam just in case. Nothing. I'm honestly really bummed out, but if they won't return my emails/calls/texts now, how unreliable would they be if I managed to get on their schedule?! (And yes, according to their website, they service my area.) I'll move onto someone who wants to take my money. Haha!
