I hired Maid to please to clean my home weekly. I also paid extra for additional services discussed in advance with Kimberly the manager. We agreed on a rate for folding laundry, refrigerator, and oven cleaning in addition to my standard cleaning fee. Kimberly never bothered to let her ladies know that I requested additional services. She is extremely u professional. This happened on multiple occasions. Then she was rude and told me they just wouldn’t be doing laundry anymore because it would take too long. So I continued to hire them for standard weekly cleans but they were always late. On one occasion, they were 2 hours late! I was their last clean of the day and they didn’t arrive to my house until 4:30pm. One of the ladies needed to pick up her son from child care so they only spent one hour on my home that is 4500 sq ft. It usually takes 3-4 hours. I still got charged despite them not cleaning two whole floors of my home. They never wiped down kitchen cabinets, dusted, vacuumed furniture or anything other than clean floors and wipe down bathrooms like their website states. They completely stopped showing up to my house and ignored all off my calls for two months for a weekly service I was scheduled for. I have texted and called and no one will call me back despite the fact that I tip their ladies generous amounts of money.

I hired Maid to Please and it turned out to be Made to Disappoint.

On 3 occasions a cleaning crew came to my home to clean. I added on features such as:

refrigerator cleaning (only the bottom of the refrigerator needed to be wiped down) and,
trash/recycling removal

The 1st cleaning crew was a mother/daughter team. I believe the daughter was on her phone the majority of the time. She was told to clean the refrigerator and did not. She did not do a decent job of mopping the floor either. They were here approximately 2 hours. I took pics of the refrigerator and floor and sent it to the company. They promised to send a different cleaning crew next time.

The 2nd cleaning crew came and were done in an hour. It didn’t take them long because they didn’t do half the stuff they are supposed to do as stated on their website such as wipe cabinet faces, wipe table surfaces, and the did not wipe the bottom of the refrigerator. I spoke with contact person and sent email w/ pics (again).

The 3rd cleaning crew called and changed the time they would come. I had a prior engagement so it worked out fine. When I arrived home I could see that they had come in my house (while I was gone and without permission) and cleaned in 1 hour or less. Again, they didn’t clean off the areas where their predecessors missed or neglected to clean or wipe out the bottom of the refrigerator. I took pictures and sent them to the contact at Maid to Please.

Instead of talking to their employee about their behavior, the contact told me that 3 times cleaning; 3 times I complain. She said I wouldn’t be charged for the last cleaning but she did not want my business anymore. She fired me!

“ I am truly sorry you felt the need to fire me rather than to discipline your employees for their bad behavior and negligence, who stepped on corner stones, that are listed on the web, that you, as a company, perform and didn’t.

Three times I requested for the bottom of the refrigerator to be wiped out. Not removing old food items or cleaning the whole fridge, just wiping the bottom down. I sent it re after the first negligent cleaning. I mentioned it for the 2nd cleaning, and the 3rd or last alleged cleaning, you can tell that the dated pictures match the first.

After closer inspection from Friday’s cleaning, I have to say that I am disappointed in the quality of work performed in the above-mentioned condo. Considering that I am handicapped and it is very difficult for me to clean with one hand at a time because the other is balancing on a walker and I barely can walk, I look to your company to help me with my cleaning needs. I have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom but only require cleaning in the kitchen, the living room, and partially the bathroom – the tub is not in use at all. I was told that a team of two would come to my home and spend two hours cleaning the condo.

I was not at home when they let themselves in to clean on Friday. I am not sure what time or how much time they spent cleaning, my guess is that they were here less than 2 hours. I don’t know if they are taking advantage of a handicapped person because it sure seems like it.

I noticed areas that were not cleaned according to my standards and what you claim on your website. Photos are attached. They show the kitchen cabinets that were not wiped down in several places and the refrigerator bottom still remains not wiped down. The bathroom vanity had spots on it, so it wasn’t completely wiped down; they did not bother to dust anywhere; and they did not bother to wipe down the coffee table or the dining room table as everything was the same as when I left it.

Additionally, some bags of trash that were on the bathroom floor were placed in the bathtub and not put with the recycling and trash.

Please give me a call to discuss this further when you get a chance.”

I opted for Deep cleaning from Maid to please!
However, not satisfied with the service they have provided for the price! They were not professional at all. We had to constantly keep instructing them for cleaning this and that. They seem to be new. They were not willing to move the stuff from the places until we tell them to do so. Didn't meet our expectations. Moreover, they seem to be in a rush. Not going for Maid to Please next time.

I usually do not write a review but I feel the need to share my experience to save someone from receiving the same services I did. I had originally contacted Maid to Please two weeks prior to my scheduled appointment. When I contacted them and spoke with the customer rep, I asked for a specific time. She informed me that she will call me the day before my appointment to give me a time. I’ve never heard of a company that doesn’t actually schedule the potential customer for the time they requested instead of having to call 2 weeks later on the day before the day of service, but OK. When the day before my appointment arrived, it was afternoon when I noticed I had not heard from the company. So I reached out and called and spoke back with the rep asking for a specific time. She informed me that she has NOT made the schedule yet but would be doing so shortly and she will call me back. She called me back about an hour later and gave me a timeframe of between 10-11am. The day arrived for services. The two employees arrived 38 minutes late without calling to inform they were running late. No worries, I still let them in to clean. I paid $205 for deep cleaning and as they was working their way down the stairs where I was sitting, I noticed the employee was faintly dusting with a duster. I asked her so she plan to use cleaning and dusting substance and she responded with “sure I can.” As they finished cleaning, they screamed they were done and left. Customer Service is everything. It is what makes or break a company. It is unfortunate that as a result to the half services that was provided along with the lack of customer-centric mannerisms, I will not use the services again neither will I recommend them to anyone.

I requested them for deep cleaning, and they hardly cleaned the house. The service was very horrible and instead of cleaning their maids messed up the bed even more with putting the trash bag on the bed and forgetting to clean it. They did not clean one whole room because they were in a hurry to go somewhere else. On top of all this their manager Kimberly was yelling and shouting when i told them they havent cleaned the house properly.

I scheduled a first time service. The person who was slotted never showed up. I neither got an apology for the canceled services from them nor a call. I tried calling them back several times after waiting for 30 minutes and they didn't pick up. A week later I see that my card was charged for the first time cleaning and I called them back to get the charge to be refunded back to my account. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.. Uber unprofessional and disappointing.

My family moved up here a little over a month ago and soon found with our new jobs we had little time to clean. We decided to give the Maid to Please service a try and they have been great! They are always on time and do a great job. It is such a big help and very affordable. Well worth the money!!
