I've been using Loudoun Carpet Care since we moved to the Ashburn area nearly 30 years ago. I've gone back to them time and time again because of their integrity, professionalism, dedication and pricing. They approach every job we've asked them to do--from regular carpet cleaning to an emergency call when my kids spilled nail polish on our brand new carpet--with the utmost professionalism and dedication. Bruce and his assistant are always at our house on time and ready to work. Phyllis--who answers all the calls--is very friendly and really organized. The whole team works together to get you the best quality carpet and upholstery cleaning job in all of Loudoun County. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

The team came just before Christmas and had called me on the way to let me know they were hitting some traffic from Purcellville to me in Sterling. Not a problem, I appreciated their call more than they knew; nothing worse than being left wondering. Once they arrived - and still well within their estimated arrival window by the way - they got to work immediately upon arrival. I had to take my daughter to school not long after they arrived and comfortably left them to do their work. When I returned about 25 minutes later, their machines had broken! Well the office made it right and had a second team out to me in about an hour. I was so impressed. I can't imagine it was ideal for them, but I really appreciated how they all worked together to complete the job. This was our second time using Loudoun Carpet Care and I don't think we'll go anywhere else. Always happy with their professionalism, pricing, friendly demeanor (in person and over the phone), and efficiency.

Loudon Carpet Care was very responsive and quick. We just bought a new house and needed the carpets cleaned before we moved in. They were able to come within a week and the job was handled quick and easy. I'm looking at replacing the carpets eventually as well and I will be going with them to do the job. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the experience was easy, pleasant, and very cost effective. We thought we may have to replace a portion of our carpet but they were able to clean it and save us a ton of money. I had a service tech come out to give me a estimate which went well. Gabe explained the process and what stains would not come out.
I had him come back to do the work. He was very thorough and professional.
The clean up after the work was done was excellent.
I highly recommend Loudoun Carpet Care.

We contracted LCC to pre-treat and steam clean our carpets as well as polishing the marble floor. The marble floor looks amazingly clean and refreshed. The technicians were on time, professional, paid meticulous attention to detail with a thorough cleaning and were courteous with social distancing measures. As always, we are very satisfied with their work. Additionally they offered a very convenient method to pay my bill online.
