Amazing, phenomenal, fantastic, mind-blowing. There are not enough words in the English language to describe how awesome Nikita’s Team is! I was moving out of my house, preparing to sell. Talk about a stressful time for me! Nikita’s Team came in and made my house look like a zillion dollars!! I was completely blown away! Never, ever, ever has my home sparkled and shined so beautifully before! The attention to detail, and care and concern the team took was just incredible. They even took the steps to take one of my pup’s little stuffed animals and position it in a cute pose on the end of the bed…. Like they do on cruise ships! Wow! I can’t tell you how truly impressed I am with the professionalism and hard work Nikitas Team did. They were efficient and did not cut corners. Truly top notch - five stars does not do them justice, not by a long shot! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Just moved to a new state and was recommended by a neighbor on Nextdoor. Although there seemed to be a lot of cleaners, availability was extremely limited (only people available were either too expensive or had little to no reviews). I really needed a cleaning so I went with someone new to give them a chance. I ended up having a bad experience with the cleaner, but Hux did a wonderful job in resolving the issue immediately, and made up for it by allowing me to choose someone else to finish the work at a discount. The quality of customer service by the Hux team was phenomenal.

I used to be a loyal customer of Hux Cleaning and never had any issues with their service—until recently. I reached out to them after a service provider likely didn't show up. I was never contacted by the provider, so I went through Hux's support channel to officially cancel. To my surprise, they turned around and blamed me, saying I owed a fee—even though they canceled on my behalf!

After numerous email exchanges trying to resolve this, they simply stopped responding. Now, they've gone so far as to report me to a collection agency over a measly $25 fee. How petty and unprofessional! I would never use Hux Cleaning again and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else use a business with such improper practices. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I had a really good experience with Hux, I was able to setup the appointments very quick and for a good price. The cleaning service was wonderful, the provider made my place to look like new!
For all my appointments, the providers got on time, and the handyman did an impeccable job, he even cleaned up the area and fixed all the cables for my tv and devices, he was so kind.
Hux is going to make my life easier from now on, thank you ❤️

We stuck with them for over a year through multiple cleaning people. Each one was worse than the next. The last one cleaned for an hour in our 3 bedroom house, did not clean the bathroom or kitchen sinks, did not mop, and left crumbs and food on the kitchen floor. Multiple last minute cancellations at the worst times. If you need to cancel they charge you but no reimbursement or credits when they cancel. Bad business. F MINUS

I've used Hux for over a year now. My place is small and usually tidy, but I still hate cleaning it. I can book a same day appointment if needed and my place is sparkling clean when done(pics included from my last appointment).

Recently I booked a handyman (Don J.) to hang a mirror for me. He was super nice and completed the job quicky and to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend!

Hux was recommended to us by a friend and it's been fantastic. We had tried a few other online services before (Handy, Green Maid) but they just didn't compare. What we love about Hux is that we can be paired consistently with the same cleaner who has been fantastic. We had issues with no shows and inconsistent cleaners with both the other services.

Shoutout to Karen, our cleaner, who has been such a joy to work with. These pics are the day after she stopped by. While it doesn't show the exact job she did, I can say for sure that she really pays attention to the details and ensuring great customer service.
