Tristan provided an excellent service today.

From the initial enquiry he showed professionalism and took time to understand what our needs were. He was very informative and provided a great service. He was able to offer the next available appointment and it was a smooth process. He spent time explaining the exact process on arrival, used high quality products/equipment. Cleaned the rug and restored it's life at a good price. He was friendly, polite and self sufficient to complete the job. Tristan showed great knowledge and competency in this industry, from the advice given.

Tristan at Platinum Cleaning did an excellent job on my carpets, it has brought them up like new. He is very professional and gave me lots of free advice on how best to clean the patio and driveway. I will definitely use Platinum cleaning in the future.
