I had 3 lovely ladies come to deep clean my house and I can honestly say it looked and smelled lovely when they finished it. In fact they worked so quietly you wouldn’t know they were here. They didn’t stop from the minute they arrived. I offered to make a drink for them thinking they may be thirsty but they wouldn’t have one. Very pleased overall and I would certainly recommend Bright & Beautiful to anyone.

Great service, which made moving home so much easier. We had a long drive ahead, and had every confidence in leaving the team behind to finish up and they even dropped the keys at the estate agents for us. Bright and beautiful come highly recommended.

Save yourself a huge expense and a lot of stress and avoid them!
Had a £340 deep clean that barely touched all the items quoted in it and the so called “team lead” made it very awkward when I went back and asked why certain surfaces had not been dusted or wiped, basically arguing with me as to what constitutes a surface (i.e top shelf of bookcase, lampshades, some windows, all objects on shelves - none touched)
Then the regular cleans were a whole other level of unprofessional, as the most basic things such as toilet cleaning and hoovering all the areas of the house were missed, had to go around and do a lot myself to get the house in a decent state. They say “the team” will learn the things you need, but they send a different team each time who haven’t read any of the “notes” on your preferences!
Then they cancelled the cleaning service and did not inform me because they “assumed” I wanted it cancelled since I had been unhappy, although I never requested them to and my Direct Debit was active.

All in all an absolute headache.

I have been Using Bright and Beautiful for almost a year now! I feel like this review is long over due!

The Team at Bright and Beautiful as very lovely! They do a perfect job with my house and it’s always a pleasure seeing the team!

I have a clean ever 2 weeks, we set a date with them and they come that day every time and if I need to change this it’s very easy to do so!

Couldn’t thank them enough! What is a horrible and boring task cleaning is now relaxing 😉
