I manage a high end estate in Vail and used P4 services to clean windows and gutters, and I was left with the impression that P4 does NOT provide a high end service. If attention to detail is a must for you, they will not satisfy. The first time we used them for minor touchups they were really good. 5 star service without a doubt. They did an estimate for cleaning all interior and exterior windows, and quoted me about $2,000. Great. When they finally came out and cleaned the windows, we had to have them come back an additional afternoon because a lot of windows were left dirty. They told us it was a new guy that left his sections dirty. Fine. Then a worker proceeded to park on the landscape causing hundreds of dollars in damage. Not one time did the owner Damon offer to repair any of the damage. Instead when the job was done, he sent me an invoice for $5,000. That was $3,000 over their estimate!! I spoke to Damon who was extremely rude. He finally lowered the price $4,500. When going through the invoice we were charged for services that were never completed. I do not understand how they have such a great rating, but to charge $4,500 for a mediocre job is a crime. Damon threatened to put a lien on our property if we didn't pay the full amount. There are much better, more professional companies to work with. This was a horrible experience where we were taken advantage of and charged more than double what they estimated. Never use these people, unless you want to get stuck with surprise charges. Attached are photos of the "clean" windows.

This is an excellent cleaning company! In all their services, technicians strive to do the best cleaning. Their specialty is windows and gutters, but they really are good Cleaning surfaces high. Changing spotlights, or changing batteries in smoke detectors .. If you need help on heights they are the best option!
