What a mistake, very BAD cleaning service.
Our house is always pretty clean. I hired them for a "professional deep cleaning" in preparation for an open house, going on the market. First, they were 3 1/2 hours late. Mary, the person from the office called me at 11:30 to let me know that the person got a flat tire. Mary said she will send someone else and they will be at my place at 2:00, and because of the delay, she will charge me $280 instead of $320. Later, after I complained, she doesn't recall the discussion. They didn't show up until 3:00 and only stayed for two hours.
Since they did an excellent job cleaning the entry mirror, so I thought they did a similar job throughout the house. But then I went to the half bathroom and noticed the seat wasn't cleaned at all, and the sink was cleaned inside but not outside. I then went through the whole house and noticed all the floors were still dirty, the kitchen sink and laundry room sink looked untouched.
We were flying out at 3:00 in the morning the next day but I had to stay up and clean the whole house for almost four hours. I have never seen as terrible a cleaning company as this. I was so disappointed and upset that I spent $320 for almost nothing. If they claimed they cleaned everywhere, then they are just horrible at their job and don't know how to clean a house. All I can say, TERRIBLE cleaning job.
I was too busy re-clean the house, really didn't think to take the photos. Lessons learned.

On time, good price, job well done. Everything was cleaned very well and polished to look like new. Shawn was very helpful in answering concerns I had and went to extra effort to show us areas of concern including photos. Thank you Shawn and Tanner!

Horrible experience! Ruined the entire paint job on my food trailer and did nothing about it! Still paid for the job although my trailer is ruined. They said we took a risk by using them! Really, a risk. that is not how I see it!
