I called around looking for a place to clean our couch and two arm chairs. We have a dog, cat, and two kiddos, so things get messy! Jensens was so easy to work with. They gave me an estimate over the phone, and got me scheduled only a few weeks after we called! They called me the day before to confirm the time and said they'd call the next day to let me know when they would be there. The day of they called and said they'd be to my home in 20 minutes. They came, put down packing blankets, and cleaned the furniture. They were in and out within 45 mins and did a great job! My furniture looks and smells 100 times better. I would recommend them to anyone! They even called me today to see how my experience was. People can take note on customer service that's for sure! 🙂

Amazing service. They were booked out a month but was worth the wait. Very friendly and helpful staff. GREAT pricing. My overall bill was only 153 (berdoom, living room, stairs and hallway). Was 40 bucks only for a bedroom of 154 square feet to help give an idea on cost. Will 100% be a repeat customer.

We've had Jensen clean carpeting in our Narthex a few months back and were impressed with the exceptional results. We recently had them clean carpeting in our Parish Office, "outstanding", on time did an excellent job, a very friendly and professional staff.

I would recommend them. I called them by way of a reference from Macco's flooring. They were able to get to my house in a few hours. They did not get the stains completely out, but they were very polite and were there quickly. I had a sick dog that had loose stool all over the carpet (about 28 places). This happened on a Monday. I immediately cleaned up the poop and ran the carpet cleaner. I ran it again the next day and spot cleaned it the next. On Thursday I called Jensen's. They came out and were here for 45 minutes. The man told me that if it didn't come out that it wasn't going to, but he told me they did come out. I went up and turned my led flashlight on and could still see almost every spot where there was a stain. Yes, the stain was lighter, but it you looked hard, you could still see them with your naked eye. Our carpet was less than two years old.

I’ve been meaning to call Joel Jensen and compliment him about the amazing job his cleaning crew did. We are always happy with the cleanings we get with Jensen’s, however as I was in the kitchen cleaning, I was listening to our guys Joel and Dave talk about the job. As they were cleaning, they had a great rapport between the two of them. They discussed spots, asked how different spots looked at different angles, etc.. They got along beautifully, and it was amazing to listen to them talk back and forth about the job in order to give us the best experience. They were truly amazing, and they made a great duo!! Very conscientious. Please pass along!!
