Well, I was hopeful based on initial conversations but DO NOT hire this guy. I have a brand new pool that now has likely-permanent stains in the new plaster because he ghosted me for 2 weeks after agreeing to a weekly service. Won’t return calls or texts. He charged me extra up-front costs for initial chemicals and then just cleaned the pool no more than 2 or 3 times as best I can tell. If you like spending $30k to replace your plaster, hire this swindler.

You will not meet a nicer guy! He answers all my questions no matter how dumb. He is here every week. Gives me updates. When I first got my pool I couldn't understand why it would turn green so fast. I was also concerned because it is a big pool and it didn't seem to circulate enough. Daniel diagnosed and fix my pool! It sparkles now! He is great!!!

I used Daniel for a few months in 2021 and initially had a great experience but after trying to use him for a couple repairs we quickly learned he is not honest when it comes to cleaning or repairs. He lied about having a guy diagnose a repair and tried to charge us for it. He then lied about showing up and only relented when I told him I had cameras and to tell me when he came so I could check if I somehow missed him. After that we fired him and learned the guy next door was having the same type of issues. I think Daniel has good intentions he’s just in over his head with this business and doesn’t know how to manage it all.

Originally hired Daniel to replace my pool pump & filter. Daniel was great. Personable, knowledgable and charismatic. Unfortunately, getting him to show up to his own commitments was a challenge. Ultimately, Daniel decided he didn't want to show up to work so he 'ghosted' us without an explanation nor even a goodbye leaving us in a bad way. That was 2020.

Fast forward to 2022 and I decided to give Daniel & pool reflections a second chance as my pool chemistry was off and I needed help. I contacted him and he apologized for our orig. experience and stated that he was ready to take care of us again and make things right. However, because of time passing we needed to pay for our services up front ahead of time for the "Back to Blue" service of $300 and $220 for monthly maintenance $520 paid up front he only visited us 2x maximum and never solved our issues and again decided to bail on working with us. Long story short as soon as wired monies to his account he stopped showing up. First he was too busy, then it was Father's day an he left early for the weekend, then he was sick and couldnt show up and then couldnt show up because he had a flat tire and apparently to top it off he was in the hospital in a car accident. Apparently he was there on the Monday after the accident (from his text to me) and was beligerent with me about recieving a refund when I was asking about returning to work. Starting to see a pattern here? This guy is charging prices like he is a professional but his consistent behavior is a romper room model.

I have nothing to hide and would be honest if we had treated him poorly or was abusive verbally and deserved to be abandon. We did nothing of the sort and treated him with 100% respect. Business is about trust and if the OWNER of Blue Reflections is willing to leave a client hanging TWICE like he did my wife and I right before the 4th of July holiday then I can imagine you are taking a calculated risk by hiring him esp. of he asks for money up front.

Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

Find out for yourself and hire the guy but watch the excuses roll in as soon as he has your money. There are too many people in this line of work that understand you don't treat customers poorly and to separate personal from business. I'm an entrepreneur & I wouldn't write something like this unless my experience was not completely unprofessional both in how we were treated and how we were blown off & then aggressively texted by the owner.
