Theodore and Patrick arrived on time, promptly outlined the carpet cleaning process, explaining each step in detail. They immediately got to work, showing impressive efficiency by completing the job in just a few hours, much quicker than anticipated. Once they finished, Theodore took the time to explain the various service plans available. We decided on the three-year plan and Theodore clarified how it would function and the associated guarantee that came with it. The previous day, Bruce and another team member did an equally good job on our carpets.
