Who knew how dirty my tiny house could get, even when I did clean myself, lol. Fantastic job and their booking staff, and owner are very professional and incredibly nice.

I use happy cleans for my apartment. It’s a two bedroom two bath. They do a great job. They’re very conscientious and when I come back after they’ve been here everything’s in order and looks great been using them for a while and have no complaints.

Do not bother. Cleaners showed up and made excuse after excuse about why they couldn't clean the property. We're moving. There was a minimal amount of trash left in the property and they had to "call it in" because they don't remove trash. We told them to work around it. They wouldn't. During their 20 minute call to figure out this huge problem, my wife bagged up the remaining trash. Then it was something else. It went back and forth like this for a while until they said they had to reschedule. For whatever reason, they just didn't want to do the work. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

I give my experience with HappyCleans 4.5 stars!

Extra stars for the following:

1. I was able to schedule a last minute appointment on a Sunday evening for the following day at 9 am!!! The two other cleaning companies were not able to get back to me until Monday. That flexibility and responsiveness is super valuable.

2. The price point for a deep clean is quite reasonable compared to quotes from similar companies.

3. Rashonda arrived in a timely fashion ready to get to work. She was respectful and pleasant.

4. She listened to requests.

5. She loaded the dishwasher for me +++

6. She was able to clean our shower glass to perfection!!!! No streaks no residue. Way to go!

7. I requested an area rug cleaning. She made a good judgment call not to clean the rug without having the proper supplies to clean it as not to cause damage. I respect that and am thankful she was honest and didn't attempt.

Less stars:

1. She handled cleaning the size of our home well although I could tell she could have benefited from an additional helper to clean. We requested 3 of the bedrooms and bathrooms for cleaning. We did not request the rest of the rooms and bathrooms. If we have HappyClean return to do the entire home additional help may be needed to complete the task.

2. Would like cleaning staff very comfortable and acquainted with cleaning with high end products.

We are overall pleased with our experience. We may reach out to HappyClean for future cleaning needs!

HappyCleaners was fast at booking my appointment, accommodating to my needs being I have a disability, and very thorough. Crystal also pointed out issues she noticed that she felt needed to be reported to the leasing office to have repaired. This was the icing on the cake ?
Definitely give then a call! ☎️ I’d show you the kitchen, but since the clean I’ve put all my things in there for the carpet service arriving. It looks spotless.
