Worst experience ever! I’ve used this service once before and it was smooth running (2021). In December, I booked an end of tenancy clean and this was results. At the start they refused to refund me, refused to answer the phone, kept hanging up on me and on multiple occasions lied about being unable to transfer me to the complaints team until I said the last person did it easily. After my review, they were more cooperative and said this doesn’t usually happen. After continuous back and forth for over a month, I received £100 back which was the deduction from my landlord but it took continuous back and forth and constant calling to get this sorted, it was extremely mentally taxing

Ordered a last-minute house clean from fantastic services. Three cleaners arrived and they were extremely professional and helpful. Miya and her team were brilliant. The standard of the cleaning is really high, and they went above and beyond what would be expected from a standard clean. Due to the size of the cleaning job, an extra hour was required, and they were luckily available to work for that extra hour. I cannot recommend the service enough. Getting domestic cleaning seems to a minefield, and difficult to find people who are reliable and professional. I highly recommend fantastic services for anyone who is looking for domestic cleaning services. Thanks so much. 5*

Miro did a window and oven cleaning job for me. Great job! The windows now look almost as if they weren’t there, and the oven is now literally shinier than when first installed

Ivan arrived towards the tail end of the indicated window, but was highly efficient, courteous, and even helped to calm my dog down by spending a few minutes building trust with her and giving her some strokes. I had tidied the house so that Ivan could easily get on with his work, which he did with great efficiency. The whole process of cleaning the carpets of two staircases, a living room, a study, two corridors, and two bedrooms took just over an hour and the carpets smell and look clean. Now I just have to wait for the carpets to dry before walking on them. My only minor criticism is that Ivan has not placed aluminium foil under furniture in places to prevent bleeding or staining of furniture on to the wet rugs.
