Bueno por el espacio y buenisimas maquinas todo al 100% pero llega mucho vagabundo a este lugar y gente drogadicta y el parking muy complicado de agarrar.

New place to me bc the place that I usually visited was closed for updates to the building. To my surprise this place is 2× bigger than the other place I usually washes my clothes. BEWARE!! The machines that I used (4) 3 had an oder I didn't realize until I pulled out my so called washed clothes so I had to rewash them again. Each washer for the 2 loads cost $3, 3 loads cost $4, 4 loads cost $5, the 6 load cost $6.50 then it jumps to 8 loads which cost $8.50. There's 5 small tables and 2 massage chairs that cost from $1-$10 depending on the time you choose. Lots of space to fold your clothes and the dryer costs a quarter, they have change machines (4) and a small convenience store to buy what you need incase you run out of anything. There is a cleaning lady she's nice but smell the machine b4 washing!!!!

New to the city of Los Angeles and the first laundromat I go to out of all people who I would think would be racist the old lady’s shocked me. As me and my wife went up there to Wash one of the ladies there told me and my wife we can’t put blankets in the washing machine, but that was after the fact we’ve already had the blankets in there for about 10 minutes so they’re drenched with soap so then proceeded her OK she says that’s fine. Just don’t do it anymore get more quarters because we were short and when we come back have been opened Proceeded to come back and tell us that she told us not to do that when we told her previously that the clothes were already in we cannot take them out then she pulls out her phone and proceeds to record us and refuses to give us our refund or a manager’s phone number Or her bosses phone number she then tells us That there is no one above her so I asked her What is the phone number to the person who hired you and she would not give me it humiliating one of my most humiliating Experiences at laundromat and a few locals decided to say racial slurs in Spanish which my wife understood because she speaks Spanish And then she tried to threaten us with the police, which I told her to call and she never did And even when we looked on the Internet and finally found the owners number the owner The place itself is very rude and wasn’t willing to let us explain ourselves. Didn’t even want to answer the phone. Kept hanging up on my phone call So sad that you come to places like this And get treated so horribly for no reason the lady wouldn’t even let us talk. She kept over talking us. And being very rude and acting like she didn’t understand English when she understood it three minutes ago when I was Talking to her and as polite as Me and my wife are It’s crazy that they are still employed. They should know better than to act like that and treat people who are not of their race like that especially how respectful me and my wife were I hope this message finds every single person who is planning on Wash there to boycott and not step foot in there It seems like none of the problems will ever get fixed and they really don’t care So don’t even spend your hard-working money because you will be filled with disappointment rude Workers and humility. This is the picture of the lady Who was rude, disrespectful and racist to me and my wife. I knew I should’ve listened to the comments when I read on this place before I went just take a look at all the reviews they all are referring to the same things And problems.

Im going here because the one that I usually go too is under construction but I might have to continue to go here. It's modern in appearance but still accepts coins which I like. It 's pretty big and the prices are similar to others. It's cool in temp. This is my second visit. I would give it a five but I'm going to have to show up later and see if it's actually 24hours!!
