Hi! I want to warn you guys NOT to waste your money on this company. Very deceptive and not responsive. I first called Corporate to get a quote for my home. I listed the square footage and everything I wanted clean in the house. I asked for an estimate range of how much the cleaning would be. Corporate explained if it was a ONE time clean the price would be $ 394-480. If it was a summer clean it would be $254-310, and if I wanted monthly clean service it was $211-235. I decided to go with the monthly clean. They scheduled me for a Friday clean at 1pm. The owner (Alejandra) of the franchise called me two days before to cancel, that my house was “too big” for a Friday afternoon clean. Ok not a problem… I accepted the rescheduled date (my schedule is flexible, since I work from home most the time) Had it not been that way.. I would have been very disappointed. I got rescheduled for the following week, this time a Thursday. A team of four people showed up to my house at 11am. Ok, they started to clean the house, it took around 4-5 hours. Towards the end of the clean the other owner (Alejandro) showed up to evaluate the cleaning and ensure everything was clean to “The Maids” standard. This is where everything turns south… At the time of payment he says the clean was going to be $480… I was a bit taken back.. because through the owner’s text message she had said the clean was going to clean the house for 436 if it was a one time clean but if I wanted a monthly service it was $249. Ok I ended up giving them the $436 which I SHOULDN’T have in the first place. That the first clean is always the most because they need to get the house “in shape.” I live with two dogs and my husband…NO KIDS. The husband said they would honor my price of $249 because his wife had given me that for the monthly clean. WELL… I called to schedule the monthly cleaning.. and the owner avoided my calls. I called corporate because I wasn’t getting a response and she finally called me back. Now they are saying that they won’t honor the price and that they won’t be able to clean my whole house how I wanted. They would divide my house in two sections.. for a grand price of $175 every two weeks…. Which is $100 more than what they initially told me. PLEASE SEE text messages for evidence.
I was satisfied with the cleaning crew, but not with the owners. They are LIARS and will take your money.
