This specific review focuses on their weekly pool cleaning service, which has been consistently carried out for about the past 9-10 months. Our experiences with the cleaning teams have been positive, firstly with Mateo and now with Antonio. These guys do a great job not only cleaning the pool but also maintaining the water chemistry. It's true that I had to request they resume sending me weekly email updates detailing the work done, but it was a minor issue. A small drawback might be that, if you have minor questions or concerns, getting in touch with a supervisor or manager can be a bit of a challenge. The issue gradually worsened and we eventually dialed up kaden, a name that came highly recommended. kaden was punctual, professional, and very responsive to our queries. He swiftly assured us that the problems were minor and guided us through some general pool service issues and maintenance tips. He quickly fixed the problems and did an excellent job, at a very reasonable price. What we appreciated most was that he didn't try to sell us on anything unnecessary. we would highly recommend him for any pool service needs in winter park!

finding a pool contractor capable and willing to dive to the bottom of the deep end of my swimming pool to replace a drain cover was a challenge. but mateo was up for the task. he executed the underwater repair with skill and speed. because of him, i was able to avoid the expense and waste of draining thousands of gallons of water and chemicals from my pool in winter park. i strongly endorse his pool services.
