I would not recommend hiring this company as they did not clean anything. Guys came in said oh this carpet is clean so they did not vacuum before cleaning which resulted in left behind debris in the carpet when they "were finished". The guys spent maybe 30 minutes in my home - setup plus cleaning time. When they left there was still the 2 dirty spots that I had when they started, I asked about the spots before they left, I was told it would go away as it dried. I ended up cleaning my carpet with 409 carpet cleaner- which I recommend before hiring these people who will charge you and not actually clean the carpet - see attached photos where I had to clean after the carpet cleaning.

Update: I spoke with the owner after this Google review. He was angry, insulting and very argumentative.

Phenomenal job by Scott and crew. Just bought a house which needed three bedrooms and a living room carpet cleaned. These guys worked through a very hot house as the electricity hadn't been turned on yet. They did fantastic with the carpet cleaning. Definitely recommend!

Not recommended at all,they “”they did my floor””,,a year later started to crack,break then I contacted him he stopped by once and never heard from him again would just say he would come but never did ,,,so we ended up having to change it andddd to our surprise we really weren’t expecting this He didn’t change the wood overlayed it with the new stuff and that floor which was the restroom had mold and when they started in my room which was where it was breaking we had another surprise he was suppose to remove all the flooring well he didn’t he patched up some and put pieces of cardboard to cover others,,,it’s not fair he took advantage of us like this ,,,don’t recommend at alll !!

Dawson and Joey from Xtra Clean were on time, professional, friendly fellas. My apartment carpets were finished in an hour. They are refreshed, clean and smell amazing. The quality and vue are second to none. I will definitely use them again!

Had a 5 X 7 rug cleaned. The owner told me it would take maybe one to two days and it took 5 days total. I had to message them the day before I moved asking if it was ready and it was still “drying” but it would be at 5 pm and he would message me then. He never messaged me again I had to and he said oh sorry I forgot can you come by the shop at 8:30 am tomorrow to pick it up? Sure no problem this is the day I am moving but since it’s in the morning I’ll run by and grab it. So I get here and the shop is locked... call the owner and he said yeah just wait a couple minutes the guys should be there in a minute they have a job they have to do at 9. They didn’t show up until 8:46. Very unprofessional and not on time. When they do show up, it’s not ready they have to take it into the shop to spray it with a deodorizer. This made the rug wet again, so it was not dry after leaving the shop. I left the shop at 8:58 when I was asked to show up at 8:30. After posting this review the shop owner was angry about it and reached out to me arguing with the post. I gave him the rug Tuesday and he returned it Saturday. That is five days. He is very unprofessional and rude.

Just had these guys clean my carpets. Very friendly, professional, through, and went right to work. And the price was right! Didn't know businesses like this existed anymore. HONEST QUALITY SERVICE AT A REASONABLE PRICE! LOVE IT!
