Tabitha & Michelle did a wonderful job on my first one-time clean! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They had an earlier time scheduled on the day of, and I was called and asked if I wanted them to come earlier which was fine. Tabitha called me when they were on the way, and were so kind upon arrival! I had to make an errand during the service, so I left and came back to them finishing up. Tabitha gave me a thorough walk through, and anything that was missed was caught and fixed before they left! I originally was going to look for a single individual to schedule biweekly cleans with, but Tabitha definitely made me more interested in going through Molly Maid for future services!

Molly Maids was amazing!! I called in dire need and they were able to clean my property the next day!! They were extremely professional and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Tabitha’s Team showed up promptly and I was able to let them know exactly what I was needing. She and her team were fantastic!!! They killed it! My property was sparkling! They did a walk through at the end, and if there was something that they missed, which wasn’t much, they took care of it right then. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Molly Maid's reached out to me and offered to come out and reclean. I appreciate their attempt to correct the cleaning. They did a much better job the second time around. Additionally they sent a supervisor to check over everything. I don't think that was needed but it was appreciated. House smelled nice and fresh when I got home from work several hours later.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Not a terrible experience but certainly not great. I'm a strong believer in the fact that you get what you pay for- their pricing was higher than what i've previously paid, but I had no qualms with the pricing itself. It came out to right under $400 for a 1 time clean. Which I felt was worth it to come home to a nice clean home.
However I just was not impressed at all with the quality of the work.

Pros: The scheduling process was super easy. The office is very communicative. They had a cancellation in their schedule and gave me a call to offer me the earlier slot. I was very appreciative and gladly took it. They also reached out when they realized they needed more time to verify I was going to be okay with the price going up, I greatly appreciated the heads up on cost but told them to do whatever they needed, as I had wanted it done right. I have a dog that sheds quite a bit and they did a great job of cleaning up the pet hair.

Cons: When I first walked in, the first thing I noticed was that the house didn't smell like the cleaning company had been there. I walked in with both of my sisters who were coming over and we agreed there wasn't any of that initial walk in feeling you get from coming home after your house had been cleaned. There were a few things that seemed very haphazardly done. The drains in my bathroom sink still had residue of tooth paste. It seems like the base of the shower door hadn't been wiped down at all and was pretty gunky as well as a few streaks on the glass still. Some things had been moved in my kitchen (which I appreciate that they moved them to get under them) that were not put back in there original place. The moving items that were not put back was a small issue in almost every room. I have a detachable shower head in one bathroom that it seems they used to rinse the tub, but it seemed that as they were using it and trying to get in various angles they unscrewed it some. So when we went to turn the shower on water sprayed everywhere up our walls. I was able to fix it rather easily (a fix i'm sure they could have done if paying attention) however, it just showed another lack of attention to detail for me.

Again when they called me to say they needed more time I conveyed I was happy to pay more, I just wanted to come home to a nice clean house. However the quality of the clean really fell flat for me. I tried Molly Maid out for the first time as I had been given a gift card, but I won't be reaching out again. I've worked with other reputable companies in similar price ranges that I feel did far superior work.

I am a retired veteran… I reached out to Molly Maid for some help cleaning our house. They sent over Tabatha and Michelle to do a one time cleaning. These women did such an awesome job that I ended up signing up for monthly cleanings. I actually requested that these two wonderful ladies clean my house always!!! They go above and beyond every single time. Thanks Ladies!!! I will see y’all next month!

Complete overcharge. We live in a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. We moved in 2 months ago to a newly painted and cleaned condo, and clean weekly, to the same standard of the Molly maid service. This was not an initial deep clean. We were charged $275 for the first clean. Outrageous price.

Molly Maids did a great job on my home! The amazing smell when I walked in the door was just the beginning! My countertops were spotless, my floors were exceptionally clean, blankets were folded, and my beds were made neatly with clean sheets! Charity, Ashley, and Jaden did an outstanding job!
