This was my first clean and Mica did a wonderful job. Very thorough. Cleaned all areas I specified and had me check after he was done. What a nice friendly guy. I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Mica for putting up with my dogs and giving them some attention. They loved you.

Kadea did a great job cleaning our home. She was quick and thorough and focused on the areas I specified. I’ve had two cleanings now and so far things have gone well. I’m getting to know how the process works and it is a great relief on my stress.
I got the $100 off deal spread between 5 visits, and it has made it much more affordable. I signed up for one cleaning a month to keep my head above water. The regular rate is $128 for 2.5 hours if one cleaner comes, half the time if two come.

We hired MaidPro to clean for 7 hours before hosting an event. Initially, we were very disappointed in the clean. None of the floors were clean, minimal dusting, and the bathroom mirrors & floor were untouched. Between the two cleaners, they maybe accomplished 2-3 hours of work. We spent the next day cleaning the house. What we did not know was there was a 24 hour guarantee, so if you were not satisfied with the clean- they will come back. We should had read the confirmation email more closely. I called customer service the next week & they offered to have someone come to the house & clean for an additional 3 hours. The second service was MUCH better! Jaclyn did a great job.

We’re on our third month now of monthly house cleanings after I got tired of feeling like I spent my weekends deep cleaning and today it’s the cleanest yet! Kedia did a super thorough job and we really appreciate it! I love that she left behind the 49-point checklist that helps me know what was cleaned and better see the differences. On time, on task and on point!! Our cleaner is Kayla and she is terrific. She takes her time, she doesn’t rush through it - works hard and when she leaves the place is sparkling and smells amazing. Even brings our pup treats! We would HIGHLY recommend MaidPro Lawrence.

I scheduled a move out clean with Maid Pro in Lawrence, KS. The day of the cleaning they sent me this text:
“Good morning! Due to multiple call outs today we are unable to service your home. Please let us know a date that works to get rescheduled to. -Maidpro”

I called and was told there was nothing they could do. How do you re-schedule a move out clean? BE WARNED!!!
