I have to say that I am VERY happy with the services provided. They did a deep clean for a move out and I am impressed with how good of a job they did. There was dog hair everywhere, and they got it all. The whole house was sparkling by the time they were done. The owner was easy to communicate with, and did a great job keeping me informed of arrival and finish times.
When I initially called them not only did the owner answer me quickly, but they were able to come out the next day and give an estimate and get the job done. They even got it done in the range that was quoted, coming in about $30 under the highest end of the range. So she’s also honest with her customers about cost, which is a HUGE plus to me. Speaking of cost, Happy Home Cleaning was the most affordable out of all the estimates I received. By a lot! So, to have them do such an amazing job and do it for less, makes me a very happy customer. They noticed everything and cleaned the entire house top to bottom.
I was also very happy that she was able to provide me with a professional, written/emailed quote and at the conclusion of services, a professional receipt for my business records.
I give Happy Home Cleaning LLC a solid 10/10!

Did an amazing job for an apartment clean at the end of my lease. Contacted short notice and was still able to accommodate my needs and timeframe. I also had a fridge that had sat with food in it for over a month with no electricity which she was able to get spotless somehow! Highly recommend!!

I didn't plan on writing a review, however, it's been brought to my attention that the service provided was even worse than I initially thought. My mother is elderly and in poor health. She was in a nursing home for two months before going into Assisted Living. I knew her home needed a good cleaning. The owner was late multiple times with different excuses and brought different individuals with her to clean. It took 2-3 days to complete the job, for various reasons/excuses. When I had someone go check on the house, it turns out some of my mother's things were missing, among them, a large bowl of change estimated to be worth between $150-$200. She refunded me $100. As we speak, I have a new cleaner at the home, and she let me know that the house was dirty and was barely cleaned at all the first time. So now I'm paying $500 to have the home properly cleaned. Happy Home Cleaning is not a trustworthy business, and I wouldn't recommend them for any reason.

They were wonderful. My downstairs almost look unrecognizable. The air even feels and smells so fresh. They came in saw what needed to be done and asked questions and got to work. And I'm not disappointed. The price was extremely reasonable for all the work they did. I'm so thankful for them. I set up a bi weekly schedule and you should to!!

I am a happy homeowner because Happy Home Cleaning got my home right for the holidays. I requested the deep clean service. Kierre and Michael were so kind and respectful of my home and took the time for tidying up detailed areas that I neglected for some time due to my busy daily life. Such as the base boards, fans, and vaulted ceilings. Even dusted my greenery ?.They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I felt comfort in knowing that no judgements were passed. I will be calling them again in the future. They definitely provide top notch service and most of all they are professional.

Kierra is the Mary Poppins of house cleaning. My home was in total disarray until Kierra arrived. The first deep cleaning was extensive she managed to organize all of my things and make everything sparkle and leave a fresh sent. I use the biweekly service I could probably get away with monthly with the way she cleans. She is very personable and relatable she will easily become a valuable part of your family keeping everything in order. Her prices are very fair for the quality of work she performs.
