I DO NOT recommend GermSmart whatsoever. Stay far away from this company. They are thieves. My tenants left the apartment completely empty and partially cleaned. There was not much that needed to be done. The kitchen was the main issue. I just didn't have time to clean it myself. So I hired GermSmart (NYC). They charged me about $250.00 plus tax for 5 hours. After 5 hours, the apartment was still filthy. They are not professionals. I might as well have cleaned it myself. They will purposely take their sweet time cleaning and once the time has expired, they will try to charge you more money for more time. That's the game they play. And of course the kitchen, (which was the main issue) was left for last. Absolutely filthy. Not happy at all. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they came on time. That's it. Half their reviews must be fake. I would never use their services again. Really pissed off.

I had just moved into a loft in Brooklyn NY and was in need of a good deep clean, the place was filthy and the last thing I want to do is clean a big loft while I’m in the process of moving my belongings inside. I searched online and came across germsmart and they were able to have someone come tomorrow morning. Jacky was wonderful, she came on time and brought her own cleaning supplies and immediately went to work, she really focused on thoroughly cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, fridge, all kitchen appliances and the windows which I mentioned was very important to me. Overall she did an amazing job cleaning the entire place and it looked completely different after she was finished, the kitchen appliances were sparkling, the wooden floors were glossy and I couldn’t be more happier. I would definitely request Jacky again in the future.

This was my first time booking a professional cleaning service and I was more than pleased with my experience. Tiffany was outstanding! She was so professional, kind and personable. She really did a fantastic job with all that needed to be done for my scheduled deep clean and worked efficiently. When I book again I’m requesting Tiffany! Marcos was also a pleasure to speak with and made the booking process seamless! Answered all my initial questions, quick to respond and very easy to contact via email/text. I paid him for deep cleaning. He said it will be done. My schedule was 1:00 PM. But he came at 4 pm. He troubled me for 3 hours. And neither my bathroom was cleaned properly nor the kitchen nor the ground floor was cleaned properly. And neither did the cleaner have it. There was so much cleaning material that was not there. And he took the money for deep cleaning and went away after doing regular cleaning. I was very saddened by this, I am very upset. I have the video as well as photo's

Danny did an absolutely amazing job with a deep cleaning of the apartment that my daughter just moved in. He cleaned all the other areas in the bathroom including the bathtub with stains and molds so clean and shiny that no one could tell, after his cleaning, that the bathroom had been neglected for a long time!! He also made the kitchen spotless and shiny!!! He was friendly, professional, thorough, and competent ! Danny is a Gem!! We highly recommend GermSmart! We found the rate being reasonable for the quality service we’ve got. In addition, Marcos who schedules for the jobs was excellent with communications, very responsive returning calls immediately, accommodating, and friendly!

I hired this company many months ago to clean our small Brooklyn apartment. The seemed a bit high priced but I was able to look past that as initially they did a good job. Soon after, it became a constant merry-go-round of house cleaners and one was worse than the next. The icing on the cake was the last cleaning where I was talked into a "Deep Cleaning" as we had a bug issue which was quickly resolved. We were supposed to get 2 cleaner and only go one and this guy was the worst yet. The bed was sloppily made and 2 of the rooms, my office and the living room were barely touched and certainly not cleaned. As I wiped my hands over surfaced, dust flew. When I called to complain to Marco, I received a 10% discount for my troubles. I immediately canceled my services with them and would never recommend them to anyone. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY.

I have never seen my apartment as clean and organized like today!! Tiffany is such a sweetheart, was amazing at her job! She was so dedicated even in the smallest details.
I’m extremely happy!!!!
