We had a flooring project that involved taking out a large amount of tile, the demo filled our home with dust on an epic scale. Maids 2Nv came in and made it livable again. Kezia came to work!! She was wonderful to work with, such a pleasure to have someone take such care and really clean making sure that the surfaces were actually clean not just wiping and moving on. Easy to schedule cleaning appointments, on time, and thorough cleaning. Great job

This was our first time using their service. We were lucky enough to get Travon, who is so polite, friendly, and meticulous in his detailed cleaning. We have used other cleaning services in the past, but this deep cleaning was far and above the best. The smell of the products used smelled fresh and not overpowering, but they still worked great. He even loved on our big puppy who kept getting in the way. We are considering using them on a repeat basis and would highly recommend their services.

The schedule process was extremely unprofessional. Scheduled over a month out, a move out cleaning, then two days before they contacted me through text and cancelled the appointment. Then, did little to help me reschedule they knew it was a move out but tried to reschedule after my move, at least a week later. It took multiple attempts to find an open time. When they finally came to clean the person did a horrible job and the schedule, last minute change, and their lack of concern, was extremely unprofessional.

When they finally showed to clean they were over an hour and half late. Their equipment didn’t work, her vacuum didn’t work at all. She came to us to fix it but because it was a move out we didn’t have anything. She claimed to have fixed it but we had to borrow a vacuum from a friend to complete the job. She also missed, didn’t clean at all, multiple areas. What a disappointment. They still charged us for that part of the cleaning.

Also, of course it was the highest end of the estimate. Would recommend trying another company. Their only response is to take this information and give it to their supervisor, i.e. nothing. Now they are ignoring any attempt to get a partial refund for the poor cleaning. Now I have to deal with the credit card company to get the money back.

Their disingenuous response to this comment is completely untrue. Happy to share the multiple texts and emails about the rescheduling and the person showing up over an hour and a half late and the poor cleaning with nothing more then, “We will let the higher ups know.” They gave us 15 dollars off an over 500 dollar bill for the last minute, 2 day out, reschedule. Nothing for the over an hour and a half late when they finally showed and the poor job cleaning. Now they are ghosting me and refusing to respond. What an unprofessional business! Do not use them. The photo is just the stuff we found on the top of the carpet, in one room, before having to vacuum the carpet.

I don't know where to start but I can say this Danielle is the best cleaner there is I have her do my house and she's meticulous and very well organized and would make you happy. Well worth it she's the best I would not have anyone else come clean my house or I would not refer anybody else besides Melissa's services and Danielle. This girl can clean. She also has a heart of gold and listens to you on how you want things done. Once again she's very well organized and very clean you want the best go to Melissa's services and just ask for Danielle to clean for you. Happy New Year from Karen and family.
