DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING AGENCY. We hired a cleaner from Maid2Clean who stole a significant amount from us and Maid2Clean have done nothing to help or compensate us. Would strongly recommend not using this Maid2Clean.

Used for our home in East Dulwich on multiple occasions. Two extremes of either no communication at all, or intensive periods of phone calls and voicemails (multiple per day) with team members not appearing to be in communication with each other. Overall sub standard cleaning with only one cleaner we have been assigned meeting expectations who then resigned from Maid2Clean. There have been multiple instances of cleaners arriving that were not agreed (including this morning) and leaving before the agreed time frame. Have cancelled our contract with them but now stuck in a notice period that the company is not fulfilling (one clean in 6 weeks) yet insisting we must pay for. Avoid!

We love our cleaner who Maid2Clean arranged for us. It's a very reliable service and I like that Maid2Clean sends emails each time the COVID restrictions update, and how it affects their service. Very easy to get in touch with and very communicative. Definitely would recommend!

So disappointed with our experience with Maid2Clean. After a string of bad and unreliable cleaners, we were optimistic with this company given its good reviews.

Our first clean and the cleaner came and did a very good job, however broke a couple of things in the flat including our shower extractor fan which they had sprayed water into directly causing all the power to go out and it hasn't worked since.

We got hold of the company regarding covering the cost to fix this through their insurance but they said they do not cover the first £100. I doubt most people would ever have more than £100 worth of damage caused so really it's safe to say there's no insurance policy available as stated.

We were due to have a clean yesterday and the cleaner did not turn up. Clearly some scheduling issues here, and as with most cleaning companies who don't actually employ the cleaners, they took no responsibility for this and did not supply an alternative cleaner, stating they just supply the service.

To add to this, we had booked bi weekly cleans, but they had taken a full month's worth of service charge payments. We have tried contacting them regarding both this and an explanation as to why the cleaner hadn't turned up and each time we have called we have waited close to 40 minutes without any answer.

Such poor customer service. Very disappointing.

Can't complain at all about the service I've recieved. Cleaners have been friendly, high quality and flexible. Always easy to communicate with. And from a Maid2Clean service management perspective, my cleaner unfortunately had to resign due to personal reasons - but Maid2Clean had a replacement lined up, interviewed and in place within a week.

Poor communication over all and substandard cleaning. I was not informed that I would need to contact the Head office to arrange another cleaner whilst mine went on holiday, instead I was informed that they would be in contact. When I subsequently contacted them there was a delay in replying. They still took my payments and refused a refund when I terminated my contract, despite not having had any cleaning for 6 weeks. I would not recommend this company.

Our first cleaner was unreliable however the company acted quickly to provide us with a new cleaner who does an excellent job and is very reliable. I am very impressed with the professionalism as well as the quality of the clean.

A bit of a bumpy start. As the first cleaner basically didn't come back after the first clean and since we were paying her via direct debit she also ran off with a weeks pay that I don't think in the end we were ever refunded as there was so much back and forth and hoops to jump through I can't actually remember if we ever got the money back or just gave up.

The second cleaner we were given totally the opposite. She's very hard working, very pleasant and always on time and consistent. I am extremely happy with my second cleaner and now she has been working for us for a year and some change.
